My son and I cannot thank you enough helping us out of a very stressful situation. My son was flying back to Las Vegas after attending his grandfathers funeral. 4 hours prior to flight time his phone became useless due to water damage. You were able to solve our immediate problem so he would have a phone for the flight and explain our options related to his insurance plan. We were already under a great deal of stress and both the store manager and his coworker treated us with great kindness. Our relief must have be evident. With great appreciation for unbelievable customer service. Thank you.
