I applied for a job here about a month ago, I walked in and spoke to a gentleman named Rudy. As he was giving me the usual fill out an application push me out the door type of vibe, another worker said "when can you do his interview Rudy? He looked flabbergasted and walked over to the computer and said are you free Monday? I said yes and at 1pm on Friday I showed up early dressed nice and waited the 30 minutes until 12 oclock. I walked in and saw Rudy was nowhere to be found, I spoke to the store workers and they hadnt heard hide or hair about me even having an interview and Rudy wasnt there, he was "sick" okay, so I come back the following 3 days and Rudy isnt there. Finally 4 days later I catch him, he had totally forgotten I even had an interview but he interviewed me, I met all the criteria i gave a well spoken statement about my qualifications and skills, which met their requirements to a T. We spoke awhile he told me he liked what he heard. And said were going to further my application and get me my second interview with the district manager, which made no sense at all, why multiple managers have to interview me makes no sense to me, but fair enough, and for the last MONTH this mans been ignoring me, and brushing me off, every time I call he says "oh yeah he never got back to me Ill call him and give you a call later today, I get no call, every time I go to the store he has the guiltiest look on his face and starts choking up on his words, Im a great worker and meet all the qualifications the store requires, I actively seek employment there go there still email him, show them how interested I am and Im literally ignored and told wacko lies and excuses why he hasnt gotten back to me, even as a person seeking employment I expect better service then this, if you dont want to hire me, say "with logical reasoning" why you dont want to do so, dont have me on wild goose chases trying to hunt you down and figure out whats going on if its just to waste my time and play games, Im looking for a job and desperately need one and this guys literally got me running around in circles for what seems like no reason at all, its awful service and it only makes me wonder how the customers are being treated. There is no reason for this whatsoever.

We patiently waited while the store attempted to open an account and port 1 phone number, for some reason they couldnt get it done, then promised to get it done regardless. I get a phone call from the store saying we can do it, only to find out that they cant the next day they didnt . We called again to find out why it didnt happen, only to be told they are not allowed to do this and I need to call customer service. Passing the buck qutoteing an arbitrary rule is a poor customer service, T-Mobile usually does better than this. I look like a fool for referring people here.

Yutzil, went above and beyond. Stayed way pass her schedule time, for me. Yutzil along with Dany, Anthony went beyond my wildest expectations with their customer service. I couldnt be more please. It was so easy to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. I will referring more customers. And I will be getting my $50 for each customer I refer.

Very great experience with Hamilton mall TMobile. Nick was very helpful and informative. Thought I was going to stuck in my old cell company. Nick got us out of the contract and was able to have our phone payed off. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great deal as well as great service..

Bought a brand new S8 at this location and I am very satisfied with the help I received. I believe the employees name was Nicholas, he was knowledgeable about all the phones that I was interested in. I usually go to the Commons Tmobile, but will be returning to this location from now on.
