As we walked in, we were greeted and helped right away. The only issue I had was who helped us. She wasnt very helpful to us. She insisted that I didnt know my plan, even though I showed her the plan on the tmobile app. She still disagreed with me and told me otherwise causing me to call customer service while in the store. Customer service told her the same thing I was telling her and on top of that she didnt apologize for being wrong and arguing with me over it. We then proceeded to get two phones. We specifically asked her not to take off the plastic from the phones and do not activate one of the SIM cards. She proceeded to do such, even though we repeated asked her not to. Would of been a much greater experience if we didnt get such poor service from this individual.

Walked into this store to inquire about smartphones and the male agent that I got was outrageously rude. He lacked customer service skills and It seemed as he was going through hot flashes or PMS and I knows males dont get either but he was acting like a B**TCH! He needs to find another job if he is that miserable.
