I have in the past bought two phones from T-Mobile in this particular retail store. Service was always a non-issues in the past. While the placed always had quite a few customers at a given time and given that every customer had either come in to upgrade or make changes to their plans needing significant paperwork, the staff were polite, courteous and made all the customer comfortable. I dont expect complete understanding of all the hardware nuances of every phone offered everyone on the staff was knowledgeable as well about the different offerings and at least had good knowledge about the latest phones. However I recently walked into the store today to complain about a erratically working phone that I had purchased from them six months ago. (the exact complain was lack of coverage in my house when Ive had none for two years and a randomly erased memory card)The representative was extremely rude, did not as much look at the phone and simply responded by a you do not have warranty, if you want I can arrange for a new phone to be shipped to you for $20. When I protested saying my problem is real and there should be something that could me looked the rep just stared at the computer and said thats all he could do. And there was no wait, no one else was in the store. Very disappointed with the service. Unfortunately my phones 611 service did not respond and I had to use another phone to get to their customer service desk.

They refused to sell me a phone because I wasnt tying it to a plan. Even though on the paper it says that it costs 30 dollars more to get one without tying it to a plan, the manager said he refuses to do it. He says that it is a security measure when it is obvious he couldnt be bothered from playing solitaire on his computer. Went over to Bridgewater Commons and told them the story, the manager there said he wasnt surprised and that the Hillsborough manager has been known to be lazy. The employees at this location were great, but are obviously being held back in their customer service form a terrible manager. They are the only reason it is a 2 star instead of a 1 star.

Employees are helpful and help you get the best phone for your budget. The employee that helped me let me know that if I wait 1 more day I would be able to get a better phone than the one I was looking at. So I waited 1 more day and got a 600.00 phone for about 200.00. Im glad I waited bc the phone I got is way nicer than the original phone I was looking at and I only paid about 20.00 more for a phone 10x nicer. My experience was better than I thought it would be and way better than any Verizon store Ive been to so I left Verizon after almost 20 years.

The store have a terrible service, and a stubborn manager who makes rules out of nowhere. Came in to the store to buy two sim cards, and the manager refuses to sell them unless activated on a plan, something I can do myself. T-Mobile dont have such a rule, but he insisted on it. Jumped to another company due to his behavior.
