Wow! Simply made a phone call to get information on upgrading my phone. Very poor customer service! She answered the phone so unprofessional. I even told this person, it doesnt sound like you like your job very much. She stated no its not that, we just dont have any specials. When I asked what the cost was for the 7s edge she said $64.. wow, thats great...asked again, $64?, so I said thats the total fee/charge, she said yes, then you would just pay $32 a month...for how long? 24 mo...so the phone actually cost $768...yes. ..so why are you saying the phone coat $64? Oh, thats the taxes. Any beer deals going on? Ill ask my manager. . No....ok then, have a good day.. I Hung up the phone and still cannot believe this conversation.....Thanks Clarissa & manager Steve, it was easy to decide after this conversation....I will definitely not be using this store location for a phone!

Went in during the evening last week and was faced with two very rude employees... One who had a really bad attitude and couldnt be bothered to help acting like we were a huge inconvenience . .. he literally rolled his eyes when I asked a question and was totally smug the whole time. The other employee was a female who was eating and kept stuffing mouthfuls of food while I was asking for assistance which I thought was so inappropriate and should have been happening in the back room. They were also playing music in the store which was some sort of head banging stuff and was adding to the obnoxious atmosphere. I wouldnt trust either of them with anything ... the day time, I believe Manager, however is very helpful and a few of the other staff there are nice and professional. A shame these two have to ruin it.

I went to this store last week and dealt with Stephen. Up front I should tell you that I dont like pushy salespeople, salespeople that try to sell me what they want instead of what I need. I also was not sure about switching to Verizon for cell phone service. Stephen was very calm and he had a way of making me understand that he actually listened to me. I never felt like he was trying to sell me what worked for him. Just being treated with respect by a professional and not some kid who is more interested in being on his own Facebook instead of helping me figure out my service issue is why I took the time to write this review. As long as I live in Warwick I will continue to come to this store and I recommend it too anybody. Thanks, Glen S.

Sold a broken NEW S6 that misses 4/5 keystrokes. Initially was told to just pay insurance for a replacement even though it was broken out of box. Told them I refused and they told me about going through the year warranty for free. Couldnt return it in store, sent in a huge run around. Eventually they "helped" me backup my contacts. Didnt back it up at all and deleted all of them. Bad staff, bad service, bad physical product, bad knowledge base, but hey they are friendly. But seriously I would never recommend going here.

Extremely helpful and patient! I was referred to this location by a friend because I havent switched my phone in a couple of years and was interested in upgrading. I am always hesitant to switch phones, but everyone I interacted with in the store was extremely patient with my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Even after I left with my brand new phone, I still had questions - when I called, they remembered exactly who I was and still spent time helping me over the phone. I will definitely be back!

Got a new phone and plan at this store. Stephen was very helpful. He explained the plans clearly (as clearly as cell phone plans can be explained anyway) and phone choices. He didnt rush me or pressure the sale. Im very happy with my experience at this store and will return in the future.

Tried to tell me an iPhone se is over $700 dollars. I told the man it was 399$ and 429$ on Verizon website and he told me I was wrong. So I had to leave. I am correct its not that much, he was going to actually just overcharge us. No wonder they arent located on the website.
