Came in to have a cracked screen repaired on my iPhone 6... paid over $150 for a new screen just to have Rich and his "technician" damage the pins on the connector and now both the camera and the speaker dont work. Richs response was there is nothing they can do because they are amateurs. Horrible customer service and worse part is they just dont know what they are doing. Do not take your iPhone for repair at this place. I never write reviews but decided to write this one to warn people about this awful place. Worse part of all is that they make you pay before they actually fix your phone so you are screwed if they cant deliver what they promise to do.

He always has the best and most efficient ways of dealing with each individual situation, not fast to just sell you an expensive cell phone, I thought my cell was finished and it happened on a bad week an instead of spending 800 on a new cell he fixed mine for 1/10 of the cost , but at same time he realized i had a galaxy 4 and that it was worth fixing and fixed my memory problem at the same time ,saving me hundreds of dollars as well as speeding and making my galaxy more efficient. Thank you so much , theres no one else i will trust to work on my cell phone , or my cell phone needs,,

I need a phone repair. I order part and was told 6 different dates when they would get there, and only when I called to see if it was in yet. They never called me to let me know what was going on. They also would be willing to fix my phone on the day my parts were finally due in. I was originally told 1-2 days and a week and a half later still nothing.

If I could give this location 0 stars, trust me when I say that I would. The customer service is horrible, the products are defective, and the owner of the now Boost Mobile location has no concern whatsoever for new customers experiences. Im completely disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by thus location and Boost in general.

Great service on all products and amazing customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to get repairs or service done to a phone or tablet. They offer so many services it is worth going to visit and their prices are reasonable.
