I am an original custome from Manville verizon but Mr. Gustavo Galindo moved to Raritan and i followed him there. He is an amazing sales person without pushing you into buying something not needed. He has helped me in the past few years have what my family needs and even giving me parental advice of what is appropriate at this stage and age for my kids. I always recommend him for any issues because he is caring and he loves what he does which helps me to feel comfortable on my decisions when purchasing a new devise or upgrading. I know he always looks out for his customer on getting them what they really need not what we think we might need. If i could give him more than 5 stars i would, he is good at what he does and he treats you like a person not like an opportunity to sell something and get you out of his way. He follows up to make sure everything is working properly and you are happy with what you got. He gives you options and puts himself in your shoes to make sure it fits your need. GO TO RARITAN VERIZON AND SEE IT FOR YOURSELF! He wont dissapoint you! Thank you Gustavo for everything!

Went to the store today to have a company phone contact information transferred. The manager Gustavo Galindo charged us $32.05 to do this. I called Verizon directly on the phone and we were told there should be no charge. Called the manager back he was very rude, told me the charge is what it is. Called Verizon Corporate and reported this retail store. Verizon Corporate refunded the money and said we should have never been charged. I Do Not Recommend this store.

Brandon took good care of me. I came in with my cell phone bill and asked him to get me new phones and not increase my bill. He was knowledgeable about the Verizon plan possibilities. And I ended up with two new phones and a lower cell phone bill!! I am very pleased with the service I received. Brandon is an excellent sales man and very knowledgeable about phones and Verizon plans.

I just had the most excellent experience at the Raritan Verizon store. Brandon Chattoo is a saint. He helped my 81 year old self move to the world of smart phones and took several hours to get me set up and comfortable (sort of) with my new phone. He was patient and definitely had a sense of humor. Go here people! Dont waste your time at the mall store!

I went to the Raritan store and had a gentleman named Brandan Chattoo. Ive been a verizon customer for 10 years and this is the best customer service rep I ve come across. Not only he was knowledgeable but courteous.i would recommend anyone else to specifically go to that location to do business with brandon. was he knowledgeable but courteous

They added a $20 charge to my bill without telling me, and then refused to refund it. I didnt even realize until half way through the transaction that the store is not owned by Verizon, but is an "authorized retailer".
