Very nice, the selection was expansive, especially for a store its size (its been a gas station and a bank, among other businesses over the past 30 years, apparently). The man behind the counter, Irving, was nice and efficient and helped me get the battery I needed. The only problem is the awkward way you drive in: youll have to go straight through the traffic circle, then take the second right, then turn right again before turning into the parking lot; clearly the people who drew this section of Route 10 were idiots. But other than that, this store is nice for your battery and bulb-related needs.

I ordered a new battery for my UPS. The website said it was in stock at the local store and that Id get a discount for purchasing online. When I arrived at the store, it turned out that they did not have the battery. They were very apologetic and told me that theyd get it for me. It took approximately one week to arrive but it works fine. The franchise owners are very nice and I suspect that this problem is a result of the online inventory system not matching up correctly with the stores actual inventory.

Great! I checked the Batteries Plus website and ordered a backup battery for my new camera and paid for it online. I was able to pick it up when I was showing homes near the Succasunna store the next day. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and quickly got me back on my way! I was so glad I didnt have to wait days for it as I needed it quickly. Ive purchased batteries there before and had great service then, too!

Brought my sons phone into Ledgewood store on Saturday 03/18/2017 to fix shattered screen. They put new glass on the phone. Next day a line/crack started to form on the screen. Went down to sons school (2hr trip) to get phone. Brought back to store and they refused to fix saying phone is bent. Called store and they were nasty about the situation. Will never step foot into store again
