MK WIreless is close to my home, I was looking for a Cricket Wireless Store because I heard that Cricket is owned by AT&T, turns out to be true. So, I switched from AT&T to Cricket with the excellant help of George a rep at the MK store. George is knowledgable, clearly knows his business. Took me through the steps of the switch in about 25 minutes. Everything is correct the first time. No problems with transfer or voice mail or data download. My past experience with ALL other phone companies is that they do not train personel very well, there is always something that needs to be fixed. This is NOT the case at this Cricket store. Perfect experience 10/10.

Excellent Customer Service. George and Lena were so helpful. Switched over 4 lines from sprint to cricket wireless. All I needed was my account # and pin # from sprint and everything was done within 15 minutes. Kept our same phone numbers and all the info switched over from old phone to new phone. 10/10 Customer Service.

Worst place ever. I took a phone there asking if it could be placed on crickets network. They said yes for $100. I brought it in and then they said $200. It was there for 7 weeks and I finally demanded it back and they said I only paid $100. So I was out $100 and no luck. Completely shady.
