What do i say about this Verizon location? First of to begin with, they are the BEST. Which retail store you go to, and they actually approach with the idea of rhem saving you money. They dont know make you walk with your monthly bill looking like $500. I had so many issues with my account, including overage charges, stuck with old phones, and a high bill. I came to them just stumbling around looking to see if this location was going to be able to help me or not. MIKE built a relationship while working. He told me to just sit down, take a deep breath, and work with him. Honestly speaking yes, i sat there for a while (first i thought i wasted alot of time) but then when he started working on my account, everything just went by so fast and so easy. This guy can definitely multi task, he was talking to me (building relationship) and working on my account at the same time. Other people working at this location are also really good. All of these people dont make you feel like a customer at all, they are just simply your regular phone guys who you can trust.

I been a customer of T-mobile for 4 years and I been looking to switch carriers for awhile. I came in and Mike and Manny hooked me up with great offers and promotions and freed me from my previous carrier. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend any Verizon customers to check up their plans and devices with them. They are located right in the corner from shop rite. They give the best customer service, explains everything thoroughly, and at the end of the day I walked out happy. Wether you want a new phone or not, just check up with them for couple of minutes and they will work to get you the best deals and discounts on your account.

Honestly love this branch! Mike has helped me in the toughest time, being fresh out of college managed to work around my budget for a phone and an Ipad and always keeps me up to date with new things an promotions going on! He is phenomenon and I would recommend everyone go to him if youre ever in the chester area! Mike completely understood everything that I need and wanted and continued to work with me despite all the questions I had for him. As for the people complaining about screen protectors, well you obiously have to pay a good price for keeping what you use on the daily in tact.

Rahul in the Chester, NJ store was extremely patient, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and kind to both my husband and myself as we both purchased our new phones this evening. He spent a considerable amount of time with us in order to get things just right. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He is very bright and articulate. Excellent customer service, and advice about economical plans as well as phones to purchase. Way better than the Bridgewater location, there maybe fewer items to view, but definitely go them to handle getting your phone and initiating the service. You wont be disappointed.

Do not go here for any kind of accessories. I payed 42$ for a single crappy brand glass screen protector. You can get 2 protectors for 9$ on amazon. What a ripoff. If the guy hadnt already put it on my phone before I heard the price I would of walked out.
