Ive gone through 4 HTC ones in 3 weeks, while this is not the individual stores problem, they DID tell me upon the 4th exchange I would be eligible for an "alternate exchange". They told me they couldnt process it so I called the customer service, and...NOPE. The sales associate had lied because HTC doesnt even offer an alternate phone exchange. So now Im stuck with a phone that I cant even put apps on because Ill have to exchange the phone so often and I refuse to re-download all my apps on a weekly basis. Cant waite for my contract to end!
