I hated the fact that I was left with no choice but to upgrade from my phone (Note 4) that had been a lemon from day one, but the sweet women Kelly who helped me was absolutely wonderful! She helped me by going over all each and every possible option with me and explaining each one in detail how they would effect me as far as service and payments. This took quite a bit of time. At no time did she get impatient with my million of questions and was in no way made to feel rushed to make a decision. I cant express enough what that did to help me. I feel she went above and beyond to help relieve a lot of the anxiety I had going in. In the end she help me find the best option for my family to not only upgrade to a new phone, but with quite a bit of adjusting, Kelly actually helped me to even lower my payments by around $10 a month. In this day and age where wonderful customer service is far and few in between, this Verizon store and their sales rep Kelly should be commended. I wish I could give them more the 5 stars because they definitely deserve it.
My experience with one sales person was fantastic. The next day I returned Saturday June 3rd in the morning and dealt with an snooty person that compelled me to leave and never do business at that location again. I wanted a particular phone, she commented on how its an old model. I asked how long ago since its release, and she said six months. She then continued about how it only has 32 gigs, the software is confusing, and it isnt built as well as a new Samsung. I asked what she had and she said iPhone. I expect upsell attempts in phone stores and car rentals but usually you are supposed to encourage the customer to want to spend more money and not deride their choices. Perhaps the most frustrating thing about the experience was the dismissive carelessness she carried, never making eye contact, staring at her screens added to the insult. Store managers, check your floor people, this one should stay in the back handling inventory and not dealing with customers!
went to purchase a new iPhone. i asked that the phone be shipped to my house i was told the phone could only be picked up at the store. i cancelled my order for the phone and walked out of the store. less than one hour later they processed my order. i called the store and was told the order could not be cancelled. KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE VERVIZON STORE, i called the real verizon and they promptly cancelled the order. so a word of caution do not trust this store, when you say you do not want a phone and do not sign for a phone you may get the fraudulent service i did. stay away shop at a real VERIZON STORE.
I walked in to have a phone activated for a month with no contract until I was ready to purchase a newer model. I was pleased with the service until I received a letter from experian notifying that this company preformed a hard inquiry on me without my authorization. I would never use them again.
The worst service ever...noone in the store is helpful when I have question. I have been calling the phone number to the local store & it wont even ring = just goes dirtectly to a voice mail! The most unprofessional store I ever had to work with!!!!!
