Took 5 visits to upgrade one phone. First phone didnt work. Exchanged the phone for a new one. They didnt have another of the same phone in stock so left with different one with less storage because couldnt go without a phone for another day. Instead of processing this transaction as an exchange, it was processed incorrectly as an upgrade against another phone on my account. So now Im being charged for the new phone and the returned phone. Go back to the store for the third time to get this fixed, but the guys that were there were new and after much time and effort concluded they couldnt help and I needed to speak to a manager. Told that no manager available because this store was just assigned a new manager who hasnt started yet. Return the next week to speak with new manager. After a long time, he assures us that he has fixed the error and my online account should reflect the fix. Go home, account is still incorrect. Go back for the fifth time, manager calls Verizon, and after standing around listening to him talk to Verizon for a very long time, he assures me that the problem is fixed. Still havent received the case that they promised me to replace the case for the phone that didnt work. Not holding my breath.

I wasnt planning on getting a new phone today, but decided to stop in to see if the iPhone 7 Plus Product(Red) was in stock -- and it was!! To be frank, I could have gotten the phone anywhere or online. The past two phones Ive gotten Ive had at Best Buy and been very satisfied with my experience there. However, Steph was FAR AND AWAY the nicest, most patient, and incredibly pleasant person Ive dealt with when purchasing a phone (and Ive had one since 2003.) She was funny, personable, and really treated me like I wasnt just another customer. Sure, I was an easy sell; I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. But, considering the experience I had, I would 100% go back when I need a new phone as well as suggest my friends and neighbors to go see her (and Jason, who was also very friendly) when needing a new Verizon device.

I have had nothing but the best service at this Store -Cindi and her staff have been so patient with me in either buying a phone or setting up my entire phone with contacts -GPS set up -and even pairing my phone with my car and Bluetooth selections -they have taken that extra time and patience when I needed it the most - I would send anyone to this particular store for assistance - Thank you for being there and your continued loyalty to your customers!

Awesome customer service. Switched from Sprint to Verizon. John walked us through the whole process. He made it painless fast and was willing to assist over the phone if any issue arises. Definitely going to recommend this location to everyone. Cant say enough nice things about the service and family feeling atmosphere. Calm and no pressure. Enjoying my new smarthub and two phones.

Couldnt get the phone I wanted on display because it was "obsolete". Second phone they brought out was used and already activated under somone elses name. Third phone was ready to be purchased...their computer system wasnt working. Give it a few months, that place will be another nail salon. Thanks Franklin Verizon store, had a new phone in 20 minutes.

I have been going to the Sparta Verizon store for many years and will never go any where else. The customer service is second to none. They treat their customers like they are family. My visit today was no different. Jeremy and Matt took the time to make sure my issue was resolved before I left the store. I Highly recommend this store to everyone.
