My daughter and I arrived at theVerizon store at 8:30 pm-store hours clearly stated they were open until 9 pm. As we attempted to enter, the doors were locked and a representative came over to tell us the store was closed. He did proceed to ask what help we needed and said we could call customer service for our problem. My daughters phone suddenly died that evening and we had immediately gone over to get her number transfered over to her sisters old phone because her 8th grade promotion ceremony was the next day. We went home and called customer service only to find out the replacement phone needed a new SIM card because it had expired. We returned to the location to replace the sim card 2 days later and the same rude representative simply stated they had no cards. When we inquired if they could search nearby Verizon stores to locate a SIM card...a different representative said he couldnt and we would need to wait for someone else to help. I have been a Verizon customer for many years. Ive been to the Fairless Hills location several times and have always had a good experience. I am thoroughly disappointed in the decline in customer service and blatant rudeness displayed by the employees. I will be looking for a new store.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They sold me a third party insurance and then the insurance changes and they never told me. They said I would only be dealing with them and now that I have an issue they want nothing to do with it. I HATE when people lie. Just tell me the truth and I would have went with your GOD DAMN insurance and not a freaking third party. And of course they have no idea who told me this. Typical Verizon ...taking advantage of people and not giving a damn. They whip their asses with our money and then laugh at us when we have an issue.

I came to this store looking for an upgrade and must say I was very satisfied with the service I received. Ive heard horror stories about other stores, however my experience dealing with Steven couldnt have been any better. The other salesmen working were also extremely helpful from filling out my rebate forms for me to transferring my information to my new phone. Thank you Steven Mike and Paul!

Just wanted to say I have had several recent visits to Verizon and every time Andrew is the one who ends up taking care of my problem or hook me up with proper equipment or the perfect plan.
