Ill keep this review short: I just reviewed another TCC store up in Northern Jersey that I absolutely LOVE! This store....is a whole other story. Im guessing he was the manager/owner/whoever but had no interest in helping. A younger fella seemed more interested but I could tell didnt know too much, which is fine if hes newer. Anyway, was seemingly happy to leave this store then head to another one close by that was SO much better to deal with. Its not TCC, they seem to be a good decent company who cares about the concerns of their clients and "possible" clients. Im hoping this location will become better. Of course I wont find out until next years when I go back to Wildwood for a little vacation. Ill be happy to change my review whenever I do go.

Absolute horrid experience with this franchise in South Jersey. We R Wireless of Cape May Court House, Rio Grande (in Walmart shopping center) and in Wildwood are all complete and utter scum. On multiple occasions Ive experienced and heard from others that theyve tried scamming them into purchasing extra equipment they havent asked for, or adding their own insurance only to remove it and charge them back a fee. Ive stopped giving them my business and I warn all others about their shady activity.

Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My phone died on me (not broke, died) while i was on vacation with my family in Stone Harbor. I visited this store thinking they could atleast give me a loaner phone, if not replace my phone, like a verizon wireless store should do, but no. The most these guys did for me was say "yup, its definitely broken" and gave me a number to call to order a new phone myself. Good work guys.

I bought a phone and protection plan at this store, I called the protection plan for my phone and they told me it was cancelled by some in the wildwood store one week after I purchased, they refuse to refund my $100 and I probably wont get back the $75 they promised to refund me after 6 month. They are full of lies and will rob you any chance they can, Verizon has nothing to do with this store and are not responsible for their actions.

This stores customer service is top notch.. best guest experience I have ever encountered. I will no longer do business with any other Verizon store. Rich the manager sets a very high standard.
