This was the worst experience I have ever had with any store. First I asked the store manager if they were a genuine verizon store and he told me yes. I then wanted to get a old style flip phone for my 76 year old mother in law. He sold me the phone for $200.00. I asked him if he was sure about the price and he told me that was the best price he could do. Because I believed his store was a true verizon store I believed him and purchased the phone. After talking to some friends I called verizon and was told the phone cost $79.00. I was instructed to go back to the store to see if there was a mistake made. I was told that they were an independent store and could charge what ever they liked and if I didnt like it I could return the phone for a $50.00 restocking fee. I am now dealing with verizon corporate office for allowing them to pose as an authorized verizon dealer. I am also calling the better business bureau, the local newspaper shout out, face book and am trying to contact the local television station for their shame on you segment. I will not rest until practices like this are stopped. Anyone who supports this store needs their head examined.

Worst experience ever. They will scam you and lie, they will try to sell you things you dont need and then place on your contract. They are by far the worst Ive ever experienced, DO NOT GO HERE, it will cost you hundreds of dollars and once they do all this you can call Verizon and to cancel you have to pay a termination fee, so you are now screwed for two years. Dont say I didnt warn you. They truly are scamming you and I am surprised this is allowed to go on, the lies I was told and then Verzion cant do anything. I walked out with a jetpack wifi hotspot, I have an iPhone that has its own hotspot. I was told it would lower my bill by $20, well the first month it did, after that it went up a lot more. Then my phone was under warranty and they said that they can give me a new one without my bill going up, well they switched a few things and charged me retail of $800, $33 per month. Verzion hasnt done a thing for me. Please Please Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT go there.

This is a place I would recommend to anyone . As soon as I came in i was greeted At the door so kindly , that it made me just feel important from the start. All of the reps were very knowledgeable and helpful .The store was so clean and organized which means a lot to me because I Tend to judge a book by its cover and it was my first time visiting this store .The rep that helped me was able to resolve my issue with ease and I was able to leave with not only a brand new phone but also car service that was so cheap I couldnt say no . Overall I give this place a 10 because they were able to make my visit that is usually so long and dreadful very pleasant , fast , and friendly

They said I qualified for a free wifi device and then come to find out there was a hidden charge that came with it and this was not explained. Also charged me for things that I did not need. Spent all day waiting and setting up and just wanted to get out of there. I called immediately once I got home and saw all the charges. They said nothing they can do about. I called Verizon Wireless and even though Verizon Wireless are all the signs that are in the parking lot and around the store- they are independent and do what they want. Does not make sense to me!! Where is govt regulations on this?

I went to two stores. The first one in the Walmart shopping center. The make employee was unprofessional, rude and when I asked him about the phone I went into the store to purchase he told me it was junk and its only online. The phone I brought back he told he it had water damage. He was trying to sell me a higher priced phone. I walked out and went to another verizon retail store and purchased the phone I wanted with no problem and was told by the employee that there was no signs of water damage to my old phone. Please dont patronize the one at the Walmart shopping center on rt 9 Rio Grande NJ.

I phoned in an issue from long distance. In anticipation of my father visiting, I called to speak with a representative. Gennaroe responded to my call with expertise and consideration. His professionalism showed in his trouble shooting capabilities and poise. Moreover, his overall character showed when he hosted my father later that day. He treated my elderly dad with respect and kindness. We appreciate this employees personal investment and hope management acknowledges what a value asset Gennaroe is to their store and customers. My salesman was polite and helpful. Also was he wrong or at least gave me in accurate information which is now going to cost me a substantial amount more to get my girlfriends phone replaced. This is not a corporate store so theyre really looking to make the most money they can. He basically told me that my insurance was included in the monthly fee which it is not to make sure its in your contract whatever it is you want.

Sold me a plan I didnt ask for without actually showing me on the screen what it was, and sold me phones with 50$ rebates that didnt actually exist. Will never go there again. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this un-american store.
