I was lied to and conned at this location. I am very disappointed in my service here. I got a new phone about 2 months ago and was talked into a "free" tablet with my new phone purchase. I mentioned multiple times that I do not need the tablet, but yet who would say no to a "free" tablet. During the set up, it came out that I had to pay a start up fee and one month of insurance...I still said no Thank you and was talked into it again. It was explained to me that I would see another phone line on my bill but no other fees were mentioned. After the first bill came out, it had charged me $10/mo (the bill showed 2 cycles). My husband called and Verizon said for me to take the tablet back and they would refund me. Well I walked into the store to return the UNOPENED "free" tablet and was told nope sorry not happening. I asked for the district managers name and number and was told I couldnt have his number so I was given an email address. I sent an email to that address and it came back as invalid. So I called the store and was given a different email address, Joseph instead of Joe (this seems to be on purpose). I sent the email to that address a week ago today and still have received no response. I was lied to and the product and service was misrepresented and my disappointment should be acknowledged!!!

Came into this store about six months ago while I was in the area. I was eligible for an upgrade and wanted to check out my options so I stopped in kind of on a whim. Boy! Was I glad I did. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by a man named Gary whose eyes shone as blue as an Arctic glacier with a muscular stature that would make Zeus, the Greek God of Thunder, jealous. Gary was very professional and knowledgeable about the devices and services available (at least I think so - I was pretty distracted the entire time.. did I mention how beautiful he is?). I couldve spent all day with Gary in that store watching him caress cellular devices with those gorgeous hands, but alas, I had other places to be. After about a half hour of having my completely undivided attention, we sorted out my upgrade, and I left the store the proud owner of a new Android complete with a background of Garys smiling face. It really helps when Im having a bad day to glance down at my phone and see him smiling up at me. Great store. Great Gary. Stop in and get a good look for yourself, I promise you wont be disappointed!

We went in last night to get a family plan with an iPhone 6s and a Samsung edge. We were told we had to buy the glass screen protectors or else no service. I was going to decline and she said ok buy them ($40 each) and Ill give you $20 off each phone plus s $20 accessory credit. Ok fine. Then they say we had to scan our social sec cards in. We have beyond perfect credit and high salary positions so I have no clue what this was about. I had a conference call for work an hour later do I had to leave and return today. The salesman this time said the screen protectors are actually $80 each and yes we HAVE to buy them and NO we cannot get the deal the girl last night offered. He even went so far as to say she was a "crappy salesperson". He then asked for my credit card and we said, Nope. We will not do business here. This is just a red flag of the mess we will have to deal with down the line. We went to ATT.

Having received notification from Verizon that I would soon have to switch to AOL or find a different email carrier, I went into the Langhorne Verizon store for help. I had my cell phone and my iPad with me... and then I met Goat, who assured me he could help straighten things out. I have 3 emails that I use regularly and I wanted to keep all of them on my devices. It took quite a lot of time and effort , but Goat got everything back into working order (I had tried to do all of this on my own and really messed things up!). Goat was patient, he answered all of my questions and even gave me a few hints how to maneuver my emails more easily. Theres a friendly atmosphere in that Verizon store...which makes it comfortable to be a "go to" place for help.

I spent a grand total of 3 hours at the Verizon store today because I had way too many files to transfer from my old phone to my new phone. Even though the transfer failed a few times Michael M. and GOAT stayed attentive to me as a customer and saw the job through until the end. I now have an amazing new phone (shout out to the MOTO Z) with all 1,500 photos and 100 videos successfully transferred. All of the guys at the store that I chatted with during my three visits today were extremely professional, personable, and helpful. The Verizon store is usually like the dentist, I HATE going, but today they made a terribly long wait way more bearable. Will be visiting this branch exclusively now. Thanks guys!

Recently my iPhone 6 plus died in the palm of my hand. I was very upset as this phone was only a few months old & never been dropped before. It just so happened I was nearby this store when the unfortunate incident occurred & all I gotta say is WOW! The customer service in this store is exceptional. I was greeted instantly by Gary who was one of the most knowledgable and courteous employees I have ever met in the phone business. HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF & top it off he is such a trustworthy guy. I would recommend going to this location for your phone needs/problems just because of him! I am sure glad I happened to try this store & I know i wont being going anywhere else but here from now on!!!

Went here recently to figure out a price of a phone upgrade and to streamline my plan. Im a peace corps service member serving in Africa for the next 2 years so I had some insanely difficult and challenging questions. A guy named Scott helped me out. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable. In a world where cell phone salesmen seem to be turning into the new used car dealer, its nice to be able to work with a company and employee thats honest, forward and knows what theyre talking about. Oh, and also thats not trying to get you with a bunch of hidden fees etc. Highly recommend going to this store.

Your tech person at the langhorne location was a lifesaver! I truly cannot say enough good things about him. Efficient with warmth, understanding, calm,considerate, fixed everything and took whatever time i needed to understand some configurations. He is a gift to Verizon. His store will be the only one I will use. I had used Flemington but was so upset with their lack of help or knowledge that i left thinking to leave Verizon..went to Langhorne hoping they were better and was beyond thrilled. never had better service anywhere ever!!!
