Horrible! Been with them for awhile. So sick and tired of wasting my time and gas driving over there thinking they could do something for me and help me when infact all they do is just that! I am currently typing this on my phone with a s pen which is a galaxy note product! So annoying! All i got outta today was oh you could replace your phone for a hundred dollars and theres nothing that they could do!!....noooo! I have had galaxys for awhile and if you cant back your products up or admit that galaxys cone with alot if trouble then what does that sat about you or as a company. Verizon should be a better company and step up their game. Point blank. End of story.

As a small business owner myself, customer service is so important. That being said, this store wants to keep its customers. Very personable and knowledgeable owner and staff. The fact that they dont push extra sales on you, but let you know your options and let YOU spend your money was appreciated. I will not only spend my money with this local owner/operated store, but will recommend to everyone that I know that this is the place to go for your new cell phone equipment. Thank you again!!! Will never go to another location. We normally get our phones from the store by chilis but Mike took his time to find us the phones based off what we were looking for and showed us how to use them. Fantastic experience and I will tell everyone to come here. Thank you Mike

Service is slow and sometimes no one is there. There insurance is awful it took 3 weeks for me to replace my phone through the insurance they provide. The corporate stores insurance is 24 hrs!
