Ill be honest, Im probably not as careful as I should be with my phone. Yet no matter how many times I walk into the store, cradling my broken phone with tears in my eyes, theyll always have it fixed up by the end of the day. Oftentimes the phone will look even better than it did before the accident(s). In addition, the guys there are very knowledgeable about most electronic tech in general. UPDATE 04/09/17: After dropping my phone a few times, the touchscreen sensitivity was severely reduced to the point where I had to slam my finger onto the screen to select anything. I brought my phone into Batteries Plus Bulbs at around 10:30 a.m., and by 4:30 p.m. they notified me via my house phone that the repairs were finished. I dont know if its because Im a repeat customer or the corrections were so minor, but they didnt charge me a dime for it!

My iPhone 6 is 2 years old and the battery was not holding a charge. Even though I am eligible for an upgrade I really did want a new phone. A friend recommended Batteries + and it was a great decision. I scheduled the appointment online and got a coupon too. I had to call and change my appointment and it was no problem. Everyone is very nice at the store and it took 15 minutes to change my battery and my phone is working great! Thank you!!!

Very knowledgeable about what they sell.. I came in today and needed a new truck battery for the upcoming snowstorm as I use this truck to plow with and the battery was shot. The guy who help me pick out the battery was very helpful and they even installed it for me in the freezing cold. I forget his name but he did an amazing job and informed me of the corosion on the connections and cleaned everything.. highly recommend this place

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and excellent service! The battery arrived exactly when they said it would and they called immediately. Within an hour, I was there, and my Motorola Razr cell phone had a new battery and was once again working properly. This saved me the cost of a new phone! I would highly recommend them and well worth my drive to get there! They know their stuff!

Basically like a RadioShack with more utility. They supply Batteries, Bulbs + the repair on my Samsung S5 galaxy LCD screen was quick, precise and finished for a reasonable price. Welcoming service from the knowledgable staff is always reassuring about the products I purchase from this place.

These guys were great. Had a broken iPhone 7+ with a cracked screen. They repaired within an hour and if you schedule an appt on line you get a 10$ coupon. Still expensive, but definitely cheaper than the competition.
