I exchanged a phone. But because either exchanged a phone I was not eligible for the free bonus gifts that came with the new phones. How does that seem fair when I paid over 800 dollars for a new phone. It doesnt say that in anywhere in the details. I could easily returned the new phone and got a best buy gift card. Then bought the new phone and then I would have been eligible. So whats the difference. Also store associate was rude about it. I am never going to shop at best buy again. Thanks for letting me share.
