I am very happy this store opened in Flemington. Sometimes you have to be patient because the store is busy, but they will work with you for as long as you need. Make sure you have a list of questions before you get there. And.... How about being nice and respectful to people who work there? They will respond to you in the same way. I always get the best service and advice in this store, and therefore dont go anywhere else.

While having the best cell service, Verizon customer service continues to go downhill. Having been a customer for 20yrs, this is my local store. The customer service is only ok...it used to be excellent. Also....is there no dress code now? I can no longer tell the difference between the employees and customers....

All my family wanted to do was take my brother off the plan and raise the amount of data I have on my part of the original one. I dont see why it should take 2 hours. Ridiculous.

Not a good experience at all. My experience with 3 of the "solutions specialists", was unremarkable and I have been a Verizon customer since 2001!
