One word - "Kerson"! He did it again. I generally do not take time to write reviews but want to give a quick "shout out" to Kerson. His customer service skills are excellent! I am very impatient and a trip to any cellular store is bound to be an exhausting visit - whether youre upgrading, troubleshooting or adding a device. Kerson is always ready in advance of my arrival. He is also very knowledgeable of the products and cellular plan and most importantly, continues to offer me the most economical plan for my family. He has a great since of humor which adds to the store experience which could otherwise become a long, lagging exhausting experience. Although I like to give him a "hard time", he is genuinely a "top notch" Rep! ( but dont tell him I said so) If I stop by the store for anything, I ask for Kerson, if hes not there that particular day, Ill come back. Kudos to Kerson Jean Charles! Youve earned 5

Im upset at this place!! I walked in last night and asked the rep "do I get the same price if I buy here vs ordering it through verizon wireless?" He said "Yes but better yet, you get the phone now and I set it up for free". So after 15mins of gathering informatiion and my new phone he tells me its $199 for the phone. I said I get $100 credit at Verizon Wireless for re-upping my contract. He said he can give me $50 but that is the best he can do. I told the guy what did I ask you when I walked in the store before I wasted your time or mine. He says "sorry I cant help you". NEVER NEVER go here...they are not direct with Verizon and want to rip you off by telling lies!! There are other locations in the area that are direct with Verizon vs using an authorized retailer like this place.

This is the real "Celine Brown" and I am definitely not pleased to see a fake review written up under my name for service received. A store should not have to put up false reviews to boost customer volume. If you are good, allow the customer to do so. Any chance you may have had for me to give a good review is now lost. And not to mention I still have not received the refund I am supposed to get from the so called great phone I received with free "tablet" which is not in fact free until I receive the rebate. Will not be coming back here.

i stopped in the store a while ago and bought my iPhone 5c. Paul sold me my phone and he was great. I was recently in the market for a tablet so I reached out to Paul. he met me on his day off so I wouldnt have to wait in line and be stuck at the store for an hour or more! not only that, but he gave me a great deal. I wound up getting an iPad mini for 100 bucks!!! he even gave me a free case for coming back to see him!!! i will only deal with him at this store and Ill be sure to make that the case for everyone on my family plan.

I just bought an iPhone 6 S from Steven. He was professional, polite, and extremely accommodating. He patiently and clearly explained our options and helped us to save money on our account. He went above and beyond to ensure that we have the best service possible. He told us tips for using the new phone and put all our cases on. It was a smooth process all thanks to Steven. I wouldnt go to any other retailer and would highly recommend working with this knowledgeable gentleman.

Went to open up a Verizon plan on Saturday and was helped by salesman Curtis. He did a great job breaking down the plans and giving me a clear upfront and monthly price. He even got me an iPad that I love. The other employees were pleasant and made small talk with me while I was there. I would recommend the store near the mall to anyone with a desire for a professional atmosphere with no games. I will definitely be back and so will the people I know who have Verizon!

I stopped in this store to see when I was eligible for an upgrade. I didnt know what phone I wanted but then I spoke with Paul, and he wound up being very helpful. He showed me a couple different phones, asked what I use it for etc and I think Ive made up my mind. I wasnt ready to buy just yet however I will certainly contact this representative when I am. Sam omran, we just left the Verizon store in Eastgate Mount Laurel. the experience was awesome both my husband and I were taken care of 100% plus Sam was awesome because I dont know anything about the phone and he made it very easily understood and we will definitely be back if we need to but I doubt it because all of our questions were answered while we are here very pleased with the service

Stupendous customer service. Such superoir attention to detail and affable professionalism lends immeasurable value to Verizon. My family switched from a competing providing owing largely to the honesty and patience of the staff. We need more people as knowledgeable and resourceful. Terrible. The sales reps know nothing about the product other than the commission they will get. Once your buy a phone dont expect them to help if you have tech issues. Will either send you to another store or will make things up to send you away. There is a Verizon store 3 miles down the road on route 73, I advise you go there instead of dealing with these yahoos.

Kerson helped me this afternoon with upgrading my old galaxy s4. I went in unsure of what to get and he took his time to show me all my options that worked best for what I needed in a phone. He was very personable and kept things in good spirits. I ended up walking away with a great phone and a great deal. Will be back when Im ready to upgrade again with him.

Brought my father in to get upgrade for me and him. We both got new iPhone which was his first smart phone. Paul was very patient and helpful and made sure all contacts and everything were transferred from my dads flip phone. I have had some terrible experiences with Verizon, but my most recent was great. The store associate, Paul, was able to get me set up with a brand new phone and took the time to show me some shortcuts and how to use it properly. It was a quick and painless experience and I will be a returning customer. Thank you.
