I had what should have been a simple question about the Verizon plan I had (I had international travel planned, and wondered what calls I could make/receive). The plan was described one way on my Verizon online account, so I had a customer service chat session to clarify. I then came into the store to confirm the information I was told. A Verizon employee named "Steven" was discourteous and acted put upon for this simple question. He provided a contradictory answer than previously provided, failed to resolve the discrepancy, and when I asked him to confirm the answer before I left he acted put upon and abruptly left our conversation while I was asking a question. I raised this to his manager "Heather" and do so here as well. Verizon is large enough that an employee quite evidently not suited to customer service need not be exposed to customers, destroying Verizon good will. To which end note: it was pouring at the time the store was to open. Customers were queued outside waiting for the store to open. While I appreciate the Verizon employees would not begin work until the official opening time, you could have at least opened the door so your half dozen customers were permitted to wait without getting soaked. Great demonstration of value, Guys.

Ive bought three phones here and the wait is abysmal. To their credit, an employee had called out on an emergency the last time I went. But even then, the queue was huge. How can it be possible to not staff more people for a store thats consistently so busy? It seems to be one persons job to sit next to the entrance and do nothing. The salesperson I had last time was helpful, friendly, and quick (after the long initial wait due to customer volume). The consistent issues here seem to stem from management decisions (understaffing, poor utilization of staff). Also, Verizon charges an upgrade fee ($30 for my previous phone, now $40 for the one I bought recently) when you get a new phone. And limited data plans are a joke. I must reiterate that my salesperson was good, and he himself would get a much better score than I give the store as a whole.

Very no, extremely poor customer service. Along with *611 customer service this location was very, very, very bad. I purchased two phones for Christmas gifts and didnt open FedEx Shipping box until Dec 24. I opened one box to realize I mistakenly order the wrong phone, from the one I wanted. Long story short I took an unopened phone back to the store to exchange it and was told I would be charged $35 restocking fee. I have been a customer since 2007 or 08 and pay my bill even month on time. They could not wave the fee. The store told me one thing and phone customer service told me another. What happened to customer service and the customer is right? Unhappy, is an understatement!

Went in today with my family to get their phones upgraded. Once my family got their choice of phone, they waited for a sales rep. Honestly, their sales rep werent very supportive and very limit staff on a weekend. Once the sales rep got things started for them, they told us to come back in an hour since they dont have enough Sim cards. If your store is the main branch, you should have everything in stock. Its okay to not have any if it was one of those third party companies that represent Verizon. But a main branch? Come on. Everyone be cautious on entering this store.

I went to this store for a new phone. No one checked me in. A customer entered after me and was seen before me after waiting for 15 Minutes I was checked in. Other customers came in after and checked in after me. They were also seen prior to me. This was after 45 minutes of waiting. I informed the staff that I was there prior to both customers and he agreed, then changed his mind and said Ill be next. Poor lier and horrible customer care. I dont suggest wasting your time here, as they are completely unorganized and treat customers differently.

There is no question left unanswered. The only issue is how you are greeted at the door, they sign you in and it feels efficient just not friendly. They know their stuff, just takes a beat for them to get to you. Glad I stopped, just a bit robotic start and a moment to warm up. Afterward, not even Watson is as knowledgeable or helpful.

Omg this store has the most amazing sales associates!!! They are so helpful and courteous!!! I have been there 3 times over the last year and I have some how always had Kevin as my sales associate. I have always walked out with all my issues resolved. I wouldnt go to any other Verizon store.

Apple store wannabe. The customer queue is now digital so youre no longer bypassed by sales people. The staff is very friendly if not always the most informed. They no longer replace defective devices on site as it is now corporate policy to replace defective units with refurbished ones.

Verizon stores are all the same. Its the people that make them different. John was by far my favorite Verizon rep! Funny, nice, very knowledgeable and got the job done! I really appreciated his customer care service. Id go back to this location. Thanks John!

My sales rep was knowledgeable and efficient. Manager came up shook my hand, asked how I was doing and gave me his contact info for any future issues or concerns I might have. Was in and out super fast, all in all a great experience! Highly recommend!!

As long as this store has been here, they have always had a customer waiting problem. Its only because the store is the corporate location. For minor issues with your Verizon service, Id suggest visiting one of the satellite offices.

Salesman "sold" me a hotspot and said it was free. Came to find out there is a monthly line charge and then a $165 early termination fee. Although I like Verizon, the salesman was awful.

They did their best to help me but only solved half of the problem. They were much better than another verizon store where they just tried to sell me a new phone.

Dont expect fast service here. Expect to wait at least 35min +... staff seem to know the network and product.
