Lester Hann is an amazing rep. AT&T is very lucky to have him. His knowledge is extensive and he is extremely personable. I actually remember him from my former cell phone provider so when i walked in at&t and saw him there I was actually excited. This guy goes above and beyond his job responsibilities to make you feel comfortable and explain things with no nonsense. He gets you exactly what you want to the best of his ability. Thank you Lester, I am one happy customer!!!!

I was greeted nucely by Andres when I walked in the store. Melissa helped me with my specific problem I was having on my phone. She solved the problem immediately! Am very happy!
