I was greeted at the doorway. Unfortunately I dont remember the young mans name but the service I received was stupendous. He was very knowledgeable and solved my problem in about 2 or 3 minutes. I was a nervous wreck about going because I am electronically challenged but I was never asked more than I could answer and I did not have to purchase a new device. Yay.
