After experiencing a pretty major malfunction with my phone, I was very pleased with the level of service I received at the store. I ended up spending probably three hours in the store with Bre, and she was great the whole time. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Unfortunately, we werent able to find a solution, but the level of commitment and customer service I received was awesome, and very much appreciated. Thanks, Bre!

People are friendly and know their stuff. Not too pushy trying to sell you stumore than you came in for. Should have a sign telling people who dont use their store very often that they should sign in. It would be helpful/

Helpful staff but sometimes the waiting period is a long time. Serving a large area with a small store and small staff will make the wait long, but staff makes up for it with their helpfulness.

Today I broke my phone went to my local Verizon store we talk was treated like a king I was given a good deal a free phone more data and all my monthly bill went up is 10 dollars thanks guys

Incompetent sevice. Derek, the store manager said: " Verizon costumer service representatives are giving the wrong information to people". Well, he was wrong. I will never go back there.

For some reason the store is always packed with people upwards of a 15 minute wait if not longer I would recommend going to Utica.
