Terrible place to come. We needed to buy a phone and came during their "slow period." We were next in their order and were spoken to briefly before the employee hopped around to other customers. He did not return for a half hour despite my attempt to get help. In addition, their female employee was extremely unprofessional. While with a customer she loudly sang Justin Bieber tunes. Would absolutely not recommend and will not return. Follow-up: Left and drove down the street to the Willingboro location. We received fast service and the gentleman was great!

Worst service Ive ever received. I mean, I understand that the phone activation process can be long and only 2 employees were working at the time, but the staff did not even acknowledge us when we entered the store. They also didnt check on us when we waited patiently for 20 minutes, and did not care that we left. I dont understand why neither of them turned to us with a, "Be with you in a couple minutes." Thats just rude. If they communicated with us, even a little bit, we certainly would have waited longer. Im so disappointed...

This store has given me the worst consumer experience I have ever had. I ordered two phones and paid the taxes on the phones when I ordered them. I went to pick up the phones when they arrived at the store and when I got there to pick up the phones they had sold them to another customer. Additionally, the manager Mike said he would ensure the money was swiftly refunded and over a month later I have still not received the money. I would not recommend this store or company to anyone.

Best AT&T store Ive been to when it comes to customer service. As far as setup and merchandise it is a full size retailer with similar layouts as the others.

Usually very friendly staff. Sometimes the wait can be long but at least theres cool electronics to check out while you wait.
