I bought a battery from my local Batteries Plus store for a motorcycle. They had it in stock but said they were out of the electrolyte to fill the battery. This irked me, how does a battery store run out of electrolyte? However, the store manager explained that they would work with me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Basically, they reduced the cost enough to make it worth waiting a few days for the battery electrolyte to arrive to them. I am happy that they handled this professionally and understand that this type of response to customers goes a very long way in keeping a customer. Thank you.

I went there to get battery for my android today 8/6 at 11:30 AM. First, worker told me the back doesnt come off and when it did come off, he said, oh it does come off. Then he went on to tell me they really dont deal with Androids. My friend in another state swore by this place because shes gotten batteries replaced for her android. He couldnt help the guy in front of me on line, nor the guy behind me on line. He wanted to get out front to ok his cigarette. So bottom line, if you need battery for your android, he said they dont deal with Androids. His words, not mine.

Where do I start with this place the service, customer service, or credibility. I saw the reviews and thought to give it a shot. I usually do everything minimal to my car, but one look at my 5 + year battery I said , "Welp better seek for some help." After meeting the employees it was a breath of fresh air. Very easy to talk to and knew their stuff, even recommended a better deal and battery for my car/upgrades. Great service quick and easy, and very reasonably priced. Keep it up Ted and Matt!

The Batteries+Bulbs in Fairless Hills, PA not only had the correct battery for my husbands medical device, but the employee who helped us offered to remove the dead battery from his device and replace it with the new battery that I bought. Needed a lawn mower tractor battery. The big box stores selections were reviewed and generally a "3" with nominal pricing. Found this site with Durcell Ultra High CCA replacement battery, reviewers rated very highly and on line purchase discount with store p/u and rebate made it an absolute buy.

Bought 12V battery for Fios. Desired to return after 2 days as Fios installed a different model box. Never used the battery. They refused to refund money without receipt. Sales associate was the same who sold it to me-he did not want to refund it on the same credit card I made purchase with!!.

Great little store. Had just about every battery know to man and a vast selection of LEDs for home and auto. Wish I had known about them sooner. Their price for my battery was 1/3 less than other websites. Liked the option of online order and pick up in store which was nearby.
