Reviews: 0 RUN AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION I bought a brand new I phone 7plus. Expensive little piece of equipment. From day one, no one could hear me on my brand new phone. After six days, I brought the phone back in to be returned but was told they could fix it with a little swipe in my settings. I went home and it still did not work. On my second visit they told me that the settings werent changed properly and this time it was fixed. It was not. Were they trying to run out the 14 day return clock I wonder ? on my third visit, I was set to swap my phone for a new one when I was told that my payment needed to post. WHATTTTT ? I left the store and dropped my phone outside without its cover (it was off because I was turning it in) . I chipped the phone (size of a pencil point on the side) and when I returned after my payment posted (3 days later), I was told the phone was damaged and they could no longer take it back. Are you serious ? The phone was defective from day one and they knew it ! I was stunned when my husband returned home with the phone. I called Verizon directly and after screaming with technical support, I found a great girl who arranged for me to return the phone back to their corporate store . I was happy UNTIL they found out at the corporate store that I purchased it from a non corporate Verizon - TCC. I was offered a "return phone" not a brand new one as I had originally purchased. This did not sit well for me considering I paid $880 for a device that never worked. FINALLY I called the Corporate Office and they agreed that I deserved a brand new phone (gee thanks) and sent one to me via Fed-Ex. Run, do not walk away from this store !

I dont understand why this place even exists, being an "Express" it doesnt provide any of the benefits of the official Verizon store, it just a confuses and annoys customers. Their prices drop much slower than Verizons official ones and the phones often end up costing more than in official store, ALIAS2, for example, was $50 more (I was told this is because they charge the price that applied at the time of them ordering the shipment). I renewed my contract (and got a new phone) from them, but when I tried to replace the phone the next day after realizing the UI was horrible, I was told to pay a reshelving fee of $30 (official store doesnt charge the fee if phone is exchanged within 3 days). Now, 6 months later, I stopped by because my phone has been acting up, the employee looked at me as if I walked into a McDonalds to request phone support, then told me they dont deal with phone issues and I should contact Verizon directly (come to think of it, even a McDonalds clerk could have told me that, I probably WOULD have been better off going there instead). It seems like the only thing "Express" is good for is if you destroy your current phone and need to buy a new one the same exact day (even if it costs $50 more), and there is no real Verizon store anywhere around within a 50-mile radius.

Poor customer service not remotely interested in maintaining long term customers. Just returned from store to discuss the "so-called" free Verizon tablet I received 18 months ago when purchasing Iphone 6s. At some point, the tablet started to incur a cost of $10/month which I became aware of late (my own fault). However, my greater concern was how I was never made aware of the fact there would be a recurring monthly fee after a grace period. The tablet still remains in a box like most free unwanted gifts. I suspect the additional line fee is purposefully undisclosed to customers (similar to a Wells Fargo scheme; more lines more commissions for the sales reps). In the end, I will close the account once the contract completes itself. I just want to make sure no one else is schemed by this retailer

If you actually looked at the other things Alex has post on Google you would know that all he does is complain. From what I gathered about his other post Ive learned he loves to complain about everything...I can only imagine what people say about him. Onto what really matters. Express Wireless is a pleasure to work with compared to other Verizon Stores. What they are is an authorized retailer. They are basic a franchise of Verizon that has all of the same price as Verizon with much better customer service. If you have the opportunity to buy a phone from Express Wireless take advantage of it...it will be well worth it.

The owners are greedy scumbags that encourage their employees to use unethical sales practices. On top of that, they rip off their own employees. Look past the short lines. They are wolves in sheeps clothing.

I spoke with three different sales people over a two week period and got three different stories. If you must do business with Verizon, do yourself a favor and do it elsewhere.
