The service was relatively quick (30 minutes or so) but the young buck who serviced my Samsung Galaxy Note made no attempt to hide the fact that he was ripping me off in a big way. He charged me $300 to replace the screen on my Galaxy. I suspect that part of this was due to him having only 1 Galaxy Note screen left in stock (so it became a more "in demand" item, to his advantage) and me being a girl. Literally as I waited for him to service me, some men whod been waiting before me whispered to me, "You know, dont feel you have to be too meek to negotiate for a better price than hes giving you." That was a dead giveaway that I was being overcharged. The guys before me thought their $200 quote for a phone repair was "too high," and the guy after me thought $150 was too high as well...hmmm try my $300 and then see how much you complain! Later I found out that Samsung itself charges between $100 something to fix the screen...wish I knew this. I also found out that whats considered to be a "high" price for a Galaxy screen replacement/repair is $150-200...not $300. I stupidly, spinelessly paid the $300 and THOUGHT Id be happy with my new phone screen...until it cracked and shattered a whole 2 days later when the phone didnt even get dropped! I wonder what quality the cell phone screen was in, for this to happen and so soon. I mean, it took months of several drops on the floor before the original factory screen from Samsung cracked. It took another drop 2 months after that before the phone stopped working. Yet here I was, paying $300 like a sucker (every single guy there that day probably saw me to be a stereotypically dumb meek girl) just to have a cracked screen AGAIN 2 days later, and a totally nonfunctioning phone 9 months after that (never been dropped). A few months ago I noticed that the phone repair kiosk was no longer around...hmmmmmmmm.

The WORST experience I EVER had. They do not guarantee any of the work they do. I am not asking to guarantee that if I drop my phone the screen wont crack, but from reviews it would be nice to know the screen will not fall out on its own. The prices change constantly, not talking about different items, Im talking about from calling on the phone & asking about a replacement on a screen, gave my model & when I get there the same day its $15 more then what I was told. For kicks & giggles I have called to check couple more times & like I said, constant change, they try to hustle you. When asked to speak with a manager he was the manager, name was Felix. Extremely cocky & arrogant & to be quite honest he seemed to be more interested in a video chat that he was having on his phone. I know because he showed me. Spoke to me the entire time with a headphone in & constantly looking down at his phone smiling. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Would never recommend or trust this place. Pay the extra bucks & go to another place.

Felix helped you recover from a very poor initial customer experience and a "1 star" service rating. Day one. I was told by an initially inattentive young man, (sitting in for Felix) that the correct LCD was in stock. :35 mins. later it wasnt repaired, due to a misunderstanding. I couldnt wait, left phone to pick up following morning. Day two, I returned... my phone was not only not repaired, it turns he didnt have the correct LCD. Moreover, the inattentive young man had taken my phone to another location. Not a good idea! However, Felix was back. He was pleasant, polite and apologized. He assured me hed retrieve the phone, repair it.. but it would take another day. Day three, he did as promised. Phone works great. Cudos to Felix! Clone him.

I took an iPhone there around 8:00 pm for a new home button and the tech worked on it right away. He was talkative and friendly. Cost was reasonable. A few days later I noticed the volume buttons on the side of the phone werent working and the case was not completely closed. When I took it back he said it must have been dropped and he would not repair it. It was never dropped! He said he was afraid of liability if he breaks the screen. This makes no sense since he opens phones all day and in fact opened this phone a few days before. The repair shop damaged the phone, would not repair it, and made a ridiculous excuse. I will never use them again.

The worst customer service ever, very shady about prices. They try to rip you off, and if you have issues please try to not talk to the manager hes is so rude, he told me after I was trying to explain to him about my problem: " lady can you shut your mouth", a complete moron...make sure you have them sign about the initial price otherwise youll pay again when you go and pick up your stuff. Reply to the owner.. Yes I do own the device and i dont appreciate your insinuations,I started arguing due to your and your stuffs poor communications skills. Of course its your word against mine, so Ill let you win if it makes you feel any better

They had my phone for 3 weeks and still didnt fix it. Brought in an iPhone 6 because the phone wouldnt charge. I paid 37 dollars for a diagnostic. Horrible customer service.told me different things each time I spoke to him Several times he didnt return my calls when he said they would call me right back. They told me the part would be in by the end of week 2 .Then by end of week 3 so I waited. Then they werent sure when the part would be in. They had my phone for 21 days and still didnt have it fixed. The guy at the Oxford valley store is extremely unprofessional . Save your time go somewhere else..anywhere else. Total waste of 37$

I had a great experience the service was great the two gentlemen working there were very polite, courteous and knowledgeable about all kinds of phone and tablet repairs. The price was very good for the repair they took there time very careful and did not rush through anything. they let me wait while they performed the repair and made me feel welcomed , they shared some snacks and offered me a drink while I waited. I would go back again and also refer all my contacts to them. they are two valuable employees that BSR has so go to Oxford Valley BSR for any repairs.

They dont really stand by their warranty at all. Had my glass replaced put the phone into a life proof case. Took the phone out of the case to clean it and the glass was literally falling out of the phone. The phone is absolutely perfect with the exception of the glass, they looked it up then said well the glass isnt broken so theres nothing we can do it looks like maybe something got underneath there and lifted the glass up. Phone still works fine but now the phone has scotch tape holding the glass down on the four corners

Excellent service, professional quality repair, and one of the cheapest and most speedy work I have seen. I just had 2 of my iPhone 4 repaired here and got it fixed on the spot within 10 minutes. Bad camera, power button and lcd screen - all replaced very efficiently & using good quality genuine parts. This is the 3rd time I have used their service - also had a 3gs phone repaired earlier. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs their Apple or other mobile products repaired.
