Rio grande TCC Verizon wireless store is the best place to do business, they love their customers, and provides Elite level service. Stop in the store for any and all needs related to your cellular network service needs. No matter if it is a new phone that you have had your eyes on. You can get unlimited data in the store for your whole family. Tablets are a useful companion device for you internet, entertainment, and business needs. With many promotions and normally BRAND NEW andriod powered devices starting at just a dollar. Not to mention the incredible HUM service, pair the new Hum X with your unlimited data plan to add super fast Verizon LTE mobile data to your vehicle. Extremely friendly service and dedicated support for you and your family. Exclusive to TCC is the Redux system with this game changing hardware we actually have to ability to dry saturated mobile phones, please stop in or call if this has happened to you.

DO NOT go to this store. This is not a corporate store which unfortunately I did not realize. A corporate store takes your trade-in and applies your credit immediately. The manager(Shaun),misrepresented himself on 6 different occasions. On the 6th occasion, he interrupted me numerous times until he hung up. A female employee was rude to an elderly couple so I intervened and asked"is there anything wrong". My phone was never wiped clean for trade-in so I had to go to a corporate store for them to get the job done properly. I have only written a bad review once in my life, but this shopping experience was so awful that I needed to write this review.

If you need a new phone with Verizon do NOT go here. These people will scam you out of the plan you want. Theyre a franchised version of Verizon so they have no problem with screwing you over. Ive talked to corporate over this store and even they say not to go here to either order your phone online or go to Vineland. Will never ever go to this store again.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is not a Verizon store even though the big sign says so. Its a TCC store that offers some Verizon products. Terrible customer service and scams. Go to a real corporate store.
