I recently went into this store to pay my bill and when I went in I had been having problems with my cell phone for quite some time it wasnt a problem with the service it was a problem with the actual phone an HTC 626 its an older model but I really like this phone for the features that it has it works good for me the problem I had was that all of my apps and all of my data was stored to the internal memory of the phone not to the huge SD card that I put into the phone after talking to the associate for a couple of minutes about the problem that I have he took my phone walked over to the counter with me and took the phone and completely fixed it showed me everything that he was going to do and did it my phone has never worked better and it is never been faster I was so impressed because most of these Metro Stores the inventory and the associates are Beyond subpar this associate went above and beyond to make sure that I was very happy I have been to other Metro PCS stores in the area and every time Ive asked about this problem they have told me that it is a prepaid phone store and that I can contact customer service this is so she took care of everything I needed and it was very appreciated thank you very much

Freight service provider with great prices for unlimited use of a cell phone internet and data text messaging and talk theyre all the same these days MetroPCS is one of the cheapest and they all openly admit they use the same cell towers as one another they each pay rent to one another think about it signals can only be so good and service can only be so good within price range of average family

They only get three stars because I hadnt ridden my bike all the way up there and I had sold out of the phone that I hadnt went all the way out of my way to buy. You have to keep your inventory up to par to keep your customers happy! Just saying.
