My experience started off good and ended up being a huge mistake. The employer who took care of me lied to me twice about pricing. When I paid my last bill I noticed the pricing on the 3 items I purchased that day were increased in price. When I spoke to the manager he also lied to me about taking off the protection plan on my phone. Absolutely horrible experience! I had to go back there 3 times in one week to get this straightened out and what a waste of my time and energy, I had to call the Verizon help line to help me fix my problems.
We were in the store an hour before closing. One person asked us if we needed help, but we didnt need it at the time. Apparently we werent on some mystical list. What is "the list" anyways? After wandering around aimlessly, someone asked us if we were being helped once we needed it, and when we said no, they disappeared. A second person did the same thing. I left without getting the phone I needed because no one would help me. To add insult to injury, there were people marching about doing nothing that could have taken us.
At first my response on your kiosk for making payment of my Verizon bill, l could not access my account I forgot my pin number. Even if I op to bypass that pin request, it didnt show me amount due. In the past it had. Branch Manager help me resolve the issue, had my pin change. I think the old way was a bit helpful. The kiosk was more applicable to the Costomer. All in all your service and my phone is something Ill continue using as a dedicated customer. Thank you. Mr. Gumulak
I thought i lost my phone and i needed a quick replacement, the associate told me i had to change my plan to buy a phone, i literally asked her "This is a phone store where you sell phones, and you cant just sell me a phone?" and she said no with no emotion, i threatened to go somewhere else and she didnt seem to care. I finally talked to the manager and was able to get what i needed. I understand customer is not always right, but seriously at least act like you want to help.

Their check-in system leaves something to be desired. I got their, gave my name and waiting 30 minutes before the guy that checked me in realized I hadnt been helped yet. My fault for not saying anything, but still. They could have been more attentive.
Fantastic, quick, helpful service. In and out in 15 minutes with a new iPhone 7 at a price lower than I anticipated when I walked in the door. Very satisfied and would travel from Clinton to this location again!
While they couldnt help me that day, its pretty big, stocked, and full of people who knew every aspect of Verizon. Doesnt look like it from a distance in Route 22, but it looks like a flagship from the inside.
My experience here has never been positive. They never have what I come in looking for and I always feel like I know more than the people that work there. Each visit I swear Im not coming back....
The person who helped me was very patient and understood my frustrations and answered my questions to the best of his ability. He was pleasant and friendly. And no wait time.
Sales people are not always truthful about what is exclusively available through Verizon. Do your homework! But the wait wasnt long for a new account on black Friday.
Out of all the Verizon you can go to for one reason or another this one has the most selection and the most helpful staff
The waiting is crazy. I am a verizon customer for years yet to wait there is too much so I dont go there anymore.
Friendly and helpful staff, large store with plenty of stock. Often overcrowded and wait times are long
Please fully disclose everything. Stop saying it is free and there are clearly added fees.
They did have free water and snacks, which was nice
