So after locking myself out of my phone, I had the pleasure of working with some of the most helpfull folks, they definitely went above and beyond to help me out, from spending a hour and half on day one Luke tried everything know to man to fix my huge mess up. Later that day after calling Google Samsung, I had came back in and the amazing cassie had got me up and running on my old phone so at least I can call someone, and her listening to me complain for the whole 72hrs. Then bamn 72hrs later I walk back into the store, same dedicated folks there, John had hooked me right back up and even though I lost a lot of stuff on my phone explained new features to help me out in the future, these folks did not by any means have to go above and beyond but they did, It is a great felling to know that even though it was just a cell phone issue that there is still great people out there to go above and beyond to help someone out.... I will most definitely be back even to just say hi. Verizon should be very proud to have you guys and girl representing Verizon.

Two friends and I went in together, each of us wanted to buy a phone. A young boy and a young lady were in the store, she was doing some kind of work stocking shelves or whatever and left the young man to deal with 3 customers. My friends tried desperately to get him to sell them a phone but he seemed hell-bent on talking them out of one! He probably is a double agent working for the competition is all I can figure. It was the most bizarre sales experience Ive ever witnessed. After theyd given up in frustration, I asked a technical question about the phone and his answer revealed he didnt know the difference between a subscriber identity module (SIM) and a microphone! Too bad the owner wasnt there. When the cats away the mice will play. If you cross the street theres a cell dealer in Walmart where a friendly, middle aged gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I love my new phone and the buying experience was awesome at Walmart!

I came into the store and I got helped immediately after entering the store. I was surprised on how fast I was helped. The phone that I came in today to get, I was persuaded to get a LG G4 which I wasnt too sure about. I asked why should I get this phone and the representative Matt told me the great features of the G4 and what it had. It had the two specifics that I was looking for battery and memory. Matt explained everything crystal clear, I understood him very well. I found my dream phone because of Matt.

My old phone got smashed an hour before closing time, and I live 45 minutes from the store. I called them and they said to hurry right over and they would set me up with a new phone. Evan took his time to show me all the new phones and explain the differences. He helped me choose the LG G4, which I am very happy with. He ended up working an extra hour after the store was supposed to close, but I was very thankful not to have to be without a phone over Christmas. Thanks for the great service!

As I walked into the store I was not at all sure what kind of phone I wanted. Very shortly after arriving one of the sales representatives Evan kindly asked me if I needed any assistance. He was very patient as I asked all sorts of questions regarding screen size, battery life, features, etc. After discussing different options I came to the conclusion that the newest iPhone was the one for me. I am very pleased with my new phone and with the exceptional service Evan provided.

My experience with Luke at the massena ny office was outstanding. He was extremely helpful and very friendly and enjoyable to deal with. I am very happy with his service and will definetely b requesting him in future business with Verizon. I will b going back to have him assist me in getting a new phone next month. I stopped in to Verizon in Massena for help with my iPad connection. My salesperson, Lucas wasnt even working that day, but happened to be in the store when I arrived and not only helped me with my connection on the iPad that I didnt purchase there, he also helped me with a download I needed. I just got done with another cellular carrier, and didnt have a very pleasant experience and looked into Verizon, it seemed like the Best option. After I decided to switch I just had a few tech related questions and went in, and Evan was able to answer all of my questions and help me immensely. Thanks Evan! Ill be back again for sure.

I came in to the store in massena with my daughters iPhone that we have been having problems with. Spoke with a rep name Pat. He was amazing he new exactly what was wrong with it and had it working correctly in a few minutes after I had brought it elsewhere and nobody knew what was wrong with it. I highly recommend going there.

I went to the store in Massena because i needed a sim card for my iphone which i had recently purchased online. I was quickly helped by Evan who understood exactly what i needed for the phone in order to activate it. I was in and out of the store quickly, and now i have a phone that i am very happy with.

My husband and I went into the store with the intent of getting rid of one phone because the battery was dying. Evan Jennings let us know that we were due for upgrades and we ended up getting a great deal on two new phones. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
