My wife went there yesterday to get a new phone and the guy at the counter lied to my wife to get her business. We could have saved $30 by going to an actual Verizon store and not here so she wasnt going to get the phone there... then the guy said for her just to call up Verizon so theyd waive the activation fee so it would even out which was a flat out lie. We called Verizon today and said that since they are a Retail store there was nothing that they can do. So now we have to go back and fight with them over the extra money and restocking fees etc because one of their employees cant tell the truth. Do not go to them!

Verizon is HORRIBLE!!!!! when me and my husband re upped our plan and changed to a iPhone 5C that was the downfall. We bought 6 G between us both and in a week, we were getting text messages claiming that we used almost all of our data. We do not leave apps open, watch movies, or listen to music and we were eating away at our data. When we spoke to Verizon, they claimed it was our fault and pushed it to apple. after we called apple, they brought us back to Verizon which again was no help. We definitely want to change carriers because it has been a horrible experience.

Went in expecting to do a simple upgrade /transfer between 2 of our phones. Turns out the girl I initially spoke to thru Verizon wireless gave me wrong info and it was looking like we were going to be walking out not being able to do what we wanted. But bc of their salesperson, Trey, things turned around quickly for us. Trey went above and beyond so that we could walk out with a new Iphone for our daughter. He saved the day for us! He made the whole experience quick and enjoyable! Hes a true asset to the company!

Awful. I walked in with a broken phone. Nobody greeted me and I counted eight employees, standing around, chatting; doing nothing. Not working. When someone finally approached me, he was very informal and had a girl leaning on him with her arms around him as he spoke to me. He was extremely short and rude, continuously talking down to me. Very poor experience. Will not return to this store. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Madison Verizon store. Those employees know what good customer service is.

This store lies to you about phone plans after 2 year upgrades to blind side you. They told me an item of the month was free when they actually charged me 130 for it. Dont buy from here they will scam you. Went here once and wont go again. If you want to stick with verizon then go to the totowa store. I have never had a problem at totowa and they have much better sales associates when it comes to informing you about your purchase. Mainly cause they have never lied to me.

After a whole lot of confusion, misdirection, miscommunication & horrible customer service from verizon online, phone and with samsung Raymond and Sharon did a a amazing job to help me by going out of their way. Hats off to their customer service and thanks a lot for being awesome. Have decided to stay with verizon because of you guys. 6 stars for Sharon and Raymond.

The only thing Verizon has going for them is their signal strength. This company is otherwise terrible in pricing, tries to force their own bloatware and services onto your devices, and recently removed their unlimited data tier in favor of capped data with overage charges. I moved away from them to an MVNO called Straight Talk and will never look back. Good riddance.

I am beyond impressed at the helpful staff & managers at this location!! I have had Verizon for a long time & I have rarely left the store feeling satisfied or happy. The guys working there now are top notch!!!!!! Thank you ALL so much you, you made my experience yesterday a breeze & pleasure! Ill be back in for upgrades soon!
