My husband and I went to look at tractors. We were not immediately addressed or even acknowledged when we first walked in. Waited for 20 minutes until we were told we could get the same product at Home Depot. Apparently they dont want your business. Told us to take a seat while we waiting when the seats had boxes covering them. No one offered to move anything. When we did finally talk to someone to show us some tractors the person was not very knowledgeable on tractors. He admitted that he did not sell tractors typically which is why he didnt know the answers. I wont knock him for that, but the owner, I assume, shouldnt direct him to take someone to look at tractors if he is not going to be helpful. Will never go back nor give them our business. Absolutely appalled.

The worst parts counter in the history of internal combustion. I dread having to go there. They have no idea how to do anything in a timely manner. Any time I have to set foot in the building it takes forever to get my parts. I dont mean anything complicated, either. It once took 40 minutes to get a belt for a snowblower, and I even brought the part number!!! If you do have to go, bring a lunch and a book. I will never buy another John Deere product again, just so I wont have to come here for parts.

Awful for parts. I had placed an order for blades, at which time my name and number was taken down (on a post it) and was told id get a call when they were in. I stop in 2 weeks later and was told they havent come in yet, and they wont know when. I stopped in 3 weeks after THAT, only to get told they have no idea what i was talking about and that nothing was ordered. So basically 5 weeks wasted while waiting to find out nothing was ordered. How are these guys in business???

Having purchased the tractor at Roaencrantz, I was of the assumption that they wouldnt charge an arm and a leg to pick up my tractor if it needed service (12-15 miles away). I was just quoted a $250 pickup fee and 2-3 weeks service time frame... had I known it was going to be like this, I would have purchased elsewhere. Very disappointed!
