Slightly annoyed, not necessarily the employees fault, however went to return a gift and because I didnt have a gift receipt they could only default to the cheapest price which was $10 less then what was currently on their shelf and website, and spoke to the gift giver as they had paid the price that was on their shelf...... I get the concept however its a "special" item that was on "sale" for Christmas- didnt help that when I wanted to get back my item upon discovering the discrepancy, I of course got the eye rolling and over exaggerated sighs- wont be returning to the Plymouth Home Depot for anything-

Plymouth, MA Home Depot. I was interested in an outdoor shower. Because it was a seasonal item it had been moved and it took a little searching to find its location in the store. Josh (not sure of his department) was able to help me look the item up on the computer and get all the specs and info I needed while the item was being located. He was very knowledgeable about the item and had great information on installation and supplies needed. He was professional and very helpful. Thank you Josh!

Anthony in the lumbar department is absolutely amazing! I went in looking for ship lap that I saw on the website but the endcap it belonged in was out of stock. Despite being short handed he was able to get me what I needed quickly and acted as if it wasnt an inconvenience at all. I was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes which is so appreciated considering I was shopping with my very busy almost 3 year old!

Not a huge fan of this place. in the last year when i have visited this HD, it is rare that i can find anyone to assust me. If i do, then they are of little to no help. No huge checkout lines which is nice. I dont always find what i am looking for here...whether that is because i cant find it or they dont have it Im not sure.

Chris in the flooring dept did a great job helping us choose and then cutting our new cellular shades. I dont always have the best experience when I visit big home improvement store but Chris in the Plymouth Ma store was awesome!

Hard to find people with expertise here. They exist, but its hard to find them because theyre not the norm. Otherwise, pretty good selection and prices. And the wood cutting and pipe cutting services are clutch.
