Save yourself some time and frustration and go to Marionville for your KTM/Yamaha needs. I went in to buy my motorcycle. It is a very sought after model, and it was the only one. I put a down payment on it so I could come pick it up a couple days later. The way they were acting, I was extremely surprised when I came back and they had not sold it out from under me. The surprise turned to anger when they told me that I HAD TO PAY MORE for the bike. We already had a bill of sale signed with the agreed upon price on it ( I still have a copy). So, they said that I pay the new price, or I dont get the bike. Their excuse was that they got the original price wrong because they spent more on it than they realized. They then told me what the price they paid on it was. Oddly enough, it was the MSRP. Now, they must have thought I was stupid because MSRP is the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price. There is absolutely no way the manufacturer would sell them a bike for the price they suggest selling it at. So, this was obviously a case of them upping the price due to someone else offering them more to buy it out from under me. I cant help but think it also had to do with me not wanting the aftermarket exhaust they had for it. If I didnt buy it, they would have nobody else to sell it to until they got another model bike... Which I am not sure if they even have yet... a year later. This is dishonest business... that is all there is to it. Such a shame since I love Triumphs, and a Daytona 675 will be my next purchase. Not from them though. Now, I hear they are under new ownership. I have yet to check it out. Hopefully it is better now. I will update my review if I find out this to be true, or if they would like to contact me to try and make things right. Otherwise, stick to Honda, JJs, or Marionville. All amazing establishments.

The absolute worst service department to have ever had to deal with. The service manager is a total unprofessional and lies threw his teeth. He does not care about keep ing customers he does not care about what you bring in its almost like he actually hates his job. He has been nothing but rude. and has not followed any customer service guidelines.. now lets talk about the equipment bought a side by side and it has been in the shop more then it has been in my drive way a 10k machine that has broken down more then its been drove 52 miles on it and its broke again.. never ever will I go back or recommend and I will continue to file the complaint to the owners for they cant know that such a rude and uncaring unprofessional and really no knowledge person works there. and to top it off is a manager. sad. horrible service oh by the way a month to repair this time....

Everyone was very friendly in the service department and retail side. I took my Triumph to them and they did a 12k maintenance service. I rode the bike away and it felt great. However I stopped for gas 20 minutes down the highway and the bike wouldnt start back up. They came and got it and worked on it for another week. When I picked it up the following week it started right up at the shop but when I stopped to get gas it wouldnt start again. They offered no warranty or help on the issue the second time, nor a refund on the replacement battery that was dead within 24 hours of the last time my bike wouldnt restart. I wont return to this store.

Arrived to this establishment to purchase a motorcycle helmet however their selection is very limited. Instead if youre needing something specific they will order it for you which will take a while you might as well purchase it online. I sent an email asking if they had an item in stock and never got a response. Other than that their staff is very friendly and they have an immaculate showroom with tons of nice bikes. I may return later to grab a pair of gloves because it gives me an excuse to ride the beautiful road going east bound on Kearney.

first employee didnt have any idea of what he was talking about, but acted as if he did. I asked about a tool kit and he said he would have to order it, in fact he said he would have to order most everything. finally the second person I talked to was very knowledgeable and took me right to the tool kit I was looking for and I purchased it .
