I received your letter in the mail asking to email you about my buying experience. What a roller coaster of emotions it was. This was my first motorcycle buying experience and I had my sights set on a specific bike. I came in to take a look at it and spoke with a Daniel? and Misty Rupp, after talking with them and trying to negotiate some extras into the bike I decided to sleep on it. I came back the next morning first thing, only to see a sold tag hanging from the bike. I was mad at myself for not jumping on the deal you guys were offering and I ended up losing out. As I was stewing, Eric Graham was right beside me. He casually mentioned the motorcycle that was sitting next to the bike I wanted. As I got to looking at it and realizing that it had all of the extras I wanted on a bike(which the first bike did not). And the price was a whole lot cheaper, I started to think that the first bike just wasnt meant to be and it happened to point me in the direction of this better deal. Not once did I feel Eric was pushing me to purchase, all he did was try and explain the bike to me and compare it to the first bike I wanted to show how much of a better deal it was. I decided I wanted the second motorcycle. Tom Cornelius helped me through financing. I could not appreciate him more. When you get down to the business part of a deal, you want a straight shooter. He thoroughly explained everything and made sure I understood each part of what was happening. Last but not least, Amanda Jurgensen in Parts, helped with my helmet and gloves. Again, I did not feel pushed to buy all of the accessories. She explained everything to me in great detail. At first I was not going to buy a certain helmet because of price but after she explained why the price is what it is, I purchased the helmet, and felt confident I made a solid investment. What impressed me the most about my experience was a couple days after I purchased the motorcycle I returned with my family to purchase a helmet for my wife. As we walked in, everyone that I had dealt with remembered me, by name, and came over and said hi to me and my family. That meant a lot to me. I work in sales myself and I always stride to remember people and their names and give them the same feeling you guys gave me. Thank you guys again Cory Brockert

I will never, ever darken the door of this business again. I called to order a clutch cable and was told they needed to do some research to see if they could get a stainless steel braided one. I was told he would call me back. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I called and since I did not know who I had spoken with, the gentleman who answered said he would find out and have him call me back. Another 45 minutes later, still no call. I understood they were busy so I wasnt too upset. I called a third time. I told the person, I had waited for more than 2 hours for someone to call me back. The man told me they were busy and would call me when they had time. He sad he did not have time to research while they were busy. Two points simultaneously ended any relationship I had with Honda of the Ozarks. First, when I asked if they had the same customers in the store that they had 2 hours ago, I was told they did not. This means they were placing other customers ahead of me. Even over the phone I am a paying customer. Second, the last time I was in that store I had already paid for an item which had been ordered and was there only to pick it up. I took quite a while because they were busy on the phone with other customers. I live a little closer to Springfield than Kansas City, but will gladly drive the extra miles and Honda of the Ozarks will never need to worry themselves over customer service issues with me again.

I had my front brakes done here and they used impact wrenches on EVERYTHING! They didnt clean off the caliper pistons when they did the change so the pads are rubbing on the rotor. So I decided to clean them off properly but i CANNOT get them off!!! The pad mounting pins are only suppose to be 15 NM/11 lb-ft of force so it shouldnt be that hard to take off, but because some mechanic there used an IMPACT WRENCH its impossible! Now I have stripped bolts, a wrecked allen wrench, and still cant fix my problem --Im super frustrated at the mechanics there! Oh by the way get this, they even impact wrenched my seat bolts, because when I got the bike back (same service, different part of the motorcycle) the bolt was stripped which previously was in perfect condition! Also, its going to cost me over $70.00 because each new pad pin on the caliper is ~$17.00 + shipping + easy out drill bits!

I have bought two new bikes from Honda of the Ozarks Springfield and in the middle of purchasing a third bike (used). I found the people there very helpful and professional. However, this experience is quite different. I went in today to make a payment and was argued with about who to make my payment to. The man was very disrespectful until I walked out of his office to get my husband. Then he suddenly remembered that he could take my money. I think he should have listened to me and talked with me to determine how to make my payment. Which in the end it WAS him I was supposed to make my payment to. VERY poor service today HOTO.......Yay to Honda for making it right with me. Thank you Eric your a great guy! I will always recommend HOTO as friendly folks who will treat you right

Best place in Missouri, No matter if you need a bike or a bolt they are here to help as best they can! Perry in the parts department is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. And if you need your machine worked on T.C. will get it done in a very timely manner and will get it done right the first time! i recently had my Ktm 150sx in the shop for a few gears in the transmission and figured i would get it back in a week but the next day he called and said it was ready to ride and didnt charge any extra for the fast service. As soon as you walk in the door you feel at home, every one that works here will always go out of their way to make sure that you are getting the best service possible! thanks HOTO for being the best powersports dealer in Missouri.

I called made an appointment for an oil change. Not only has it been an hour an a half past appointment time I show back up and the bike is still not been touched an the key was in the ignition. Talk about bad service they are lucky nobody stole my dads bike. Nor has anyone came to talk to us to think I was going to buy a bike from them. Ill be taken my money else where. Edited post on 7/14/16 Have to let everyone know how it was handled. Well after talking with Eric I must say he is an upstanding guy, that cares about his company. Its unfortunate that some of the employees dont but have a feeling theyll start. Eric totally understood where I was coming from and it showed. Thank you Eric. Hope to do business soon.
