Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! My husband bought a Harley from them and the day he drove it home the electrical system started having problems! Turn signals, horn, lights, gauges, EVERYTHING when he called Allison at Midwest cycle she told him to bring it back out so they can look at it. The mechanic (Charlie I think his name is) looked at the bike outside the shop for 5 minutes sent us to 417 Shop (great shop! ) a couple days later the mechanic from 417 shop called my husband and told him that Midwest cycle was not going to pay for the repairs! Said my husband caused the damage! Mind you he has not even made the first payment! When my husband called Midwest cycle to find out what the hell was going on Allison was convienently unavailable and as far as I know has not made one attempt to contact my husband! No one from Midwest cycle has contacted him unless he calls them! We called a lawyer! But... Unless we are willing to spend thousands of dollars taking them to court over a 400.00 ( at the time) repair bill it is just not worth it to us.... The mechanic even said that if he has only had the bike for a week then there is NO way my husband caused this damage! In short DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Haha 1 star is hated? 4-15-2014 My dumbass decided I wanted a motorcycle. Not having much knowledge of Midwest cycle center I purchased one through them. The scam artist owner and his team of conning bastards sold me a 2007 Honda CBR 600rr, Now given the fact that I didnt fully look the motorcycle over I had faith that these people were trustworthy, I. WAS, WRONG. Before signing my poor credit away the owner looked me in the eyes and said "are you sure you want to do this?" Not giving any thought I obviously said yes. After signing the paperwork I drove the bike home (from Ozark to Branson) only realizing shortly after the brakes were bad completely metal to metal on the rear and less than 50% on the front, Also the brake light did not work. Thank you Midwest Cycle center for putting my life at risk for a mere $ 7 grand. So the next day I take it to a local shop to have it inspected with which it failed, obviously. I signed a NO COOLING OFF PERIOD contract. Being new to the area from Oklahoma I wasnt aware that Mo had inspections on vehicle so old. So I was left paying to fix a motorcycle that a "professional" motorcycle dealer sold me. So if you love getting F^%$* in the a@% then this is the place for you.

I honestly dont know how these people sell anything! I applied for credit almost two weeks ago. I was told, after numerous times trying to reach them, that I was approved for a certain amount. Since I was coming from out of state I had several questions. Most of the time the phone went to a non descript voice mail that was full. When I did actually talk to someone I was told I would be called back. Well that didnt happen so I had to start the process of calling all over. Last week I got a letter from the finance company they said I was approved through. It said my application had been denied. No biggie to be honest as I know my credit isnt great. I called to talk to them about it and was told not to worry about the letter and that they had gone to bat for me. Then the guy asked my name. Shady to say the least. I called them again today and was told the same bull about being called back. Luckily for me I had applied for another bike at a REPUTABLE Harley dealer in Springfield and was approved and bought an awesome bike. In my opinion this dealer is shady, dishonest, misleading and untrustworthy. Im honestly happy I didnt make a deal with them!!

Hey Billy Watson remember when you and I and Donny Rasch went back after your purchase? And I bought the Harley Classic and the starter seemed to be dragging and Zack said dont worry about it if it goes out your warranty will cover it. Well Donny and I took it to the shop 2 weeks ago the shop called last week said the starter was fixed but the Transmission has grinding issue, could lock up if not repaired.the shop contacted Midwest cycles they said they or their warranty wont pay for it until it literally breaks or locks up.the shop informed Midwest cycles of they danger of serious injury and or DEATH that can occur over this mechanical problem they still wont fix until this happens. After all of this the shop said that their payment for the starter repairs were denied and also I will have to sign a waver releasing them of any liability damages and or loss of life that could occur because of the Transmission problem.Maybe between the 3 of us and all the riding groups we ride with and know we can get the word out about these type of business practices Midwest Cycles seem to adhere to.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! My fiance was notified at the end of January that his motorcycle had sold via their consignment program. Here is is the middle of April, and his lien has yet to be paid off. We have still been making payments all of this time. We have called 20+ times. Each time, we are told that whoever we need to speak to isnt there. More recently, our calls have been completely ignored. I drove out there and spoke with Allison, who is a lying manipulator, and still nothing. She told me that her boss was gone, but would be back first thing in the morning. When my fiance called, he was told that the boss wasnt there and would return his call the following day; that was three weeks ago. We have been given the run around and have yet to receive any answers. We reached out to the Christian County Sheriffs Office and an officer was dispatched out to the store. We have now been advised to hire an attorney due to the missing bike and the missing money. Dont trust these shady people for a second. They are nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves.

Still nothing???? I filled out my application March 20th. March 21st Charlie said he would have someone call me back after "they" got back from lunch. March 22nd Jordan(I believe) said he would call me back by the end of the day. March 23rd Jordan again said he would call me by the end of the day. Today is April 5th. Shouldnt take this long to get back to a potential customer/buyer. Ill take my business elsewhere. Thanks.

They had a HUGE selection of bikes. It took me almost an hour to narrow down which ones I like. Their prices were fair and the staff was very helpful. I didnt use their in-house financing but know others who have and they had positive feedback. This will be the first place I look when I buy my next bike. In the meantime, I love the bike I bought from them last week!

Bought a bike here last year. Now its sitting at Dennys Harley-Davidson for a month, in pieces, because they cant get in touch with them to honor the warranty work. If you buy from this place, be prepared to get screwed!!!!!
