They went above and beyond to help us get our 2004 Sea doo going as I pulled into the dealership with it on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend with no appointment. They took the time to help figure out what was wrong with it and even went so far to take a part off one of their machines so we would be up and running! We bought a new Sea doo from them last season which was a great experience also. Len truly cares that his customers are taken care of and has a very knowledgeable staff from Jason as a service writer to all the Techs in the shop, who worked hard as a team to fix our machine. I would highly recommend Pitbull Powersports!

If I could add more stars to my rating l would...These people are awesome! We purchased our first Spyder this weekend, and the overall experience was better than any other vehicle purchase Ive ever made. I wont go into the details, but let me just say that Buck and Len went far beyond any reasonable expectations to make our deal work and get us into the right machine for us, within our constraints. Yes they are busy-they move more inventory and take care of people better than any place Ive ever been, and do it right! Thank you, guys!

Stopped in just to look around and say hello. We were ryding our new CanAm Spyder RT Limited from Florida to our home in Haines, Alaska. We asked about service and Whit Beeny got us right in. We ended up with their first production exhaust system, additional brake light, side air wings and more. I only wish we lived closer to such outstanding service and people.

Tried few helmets at the store the chubby guy on the desk asked what do I need and showed him exactly what Im looking for, he spent fifteen minutes on the phone trying to get it from another place, ended up leaving my number so he call me later to tell me when it should be ready to pick it up since Im late anyway two months later and he didnt call Yet.

Great Customer Service in-house and via phone. Stopped in during Spyderfest 2014 and everyone was very helpful even though the place was packed, service counter was rolling, got what I needed and out the door in less than 15 min. Called them the other day for a specialty item and was advised of what needed to be done for the DYS installation.

Spoke with Travis in the service department. Very knowledgeable on seadoos and the pros and cons of different model years. He was willing to answer all of my questions knowing I was not going to buy a new ride from him. When I do find a used set I will definitely take it to Travis prior to buying for a service inspection.

While attending the Spyderfest I brought down a broken bike that had been "fixed" by a dealer closer to my home. Paul, Jason, and their service techs figured out and corrected the problem at a very reasonable price And Im back rolling along! I also was able to pick up a couple of accessories for my Spyder.

Service Department was awful. The service writers have no knowledge on a Seadoo. They had my Seadoo for a month for basic work and would not call me and update me, I had to call them. Do not buy or service anything here. Go to Lake of the Ozarks or Fayettville for any Seadoo work or needs.

I had a minor mechanical problem during Spyderfest in 2015. Pitbull had work backed up for days. They told me to take it back to the shop. They found the problem, fixed it and I was on my way. The charge was more than reasonsnle. They have to be one of the best dealers.

Not bad customer service, no customer service!! I walked in walked around and stood next to the counter and I was never even acknowledged. No one said Hi or even we will be right with you. It is as if I didnt exist, I guess they dont need any new customers.
