I tried really hard to like the Polaris Victory line of bikes but couldnt get over the Judge Dredd styling. I was very encouraged when Polaris took over the Indian line of Motorcycles as I really started to feel like they were going to be around and were serious about keeping the iconic heritage of Indian alive. I attended the 2017 Twin Cities Motorcycle show and started thinking seriously about purchasing. I was drawn to the classic/retro looks of the full fenders and the two tone paint. Indian of the Twin Cities was the closest dealer to me so I made an appointment to check them out. I give special thanks to Gary who escorted me on my test ride of a 2017 Roadmaster. I told him that this bike was twice the weight of the bike I have been riding the last few years and he was just great making sure I was doing OK all during the ride. My sales person Tony is a long time rider and was extremely knowledgeable about the products he is selling as well as many other brands. I never felt pressured to buy and he seemed genuinely interested in making sure I would be getting a scooter that was right for me. At no point did he ever criticize their major competitor (HD) and I could tell he was confident that the Indian products he was selling would be enough to convince a buyer they made the right decision. With a bit over a month with my Roadmaster, I am still smiling and make excuses to get on and ride. As far as the financing goes, Brea made the process painless and really knows how to get the paperwork done properly and efficiently. I was very happy that they work with Wings Financial as I have been with Wings for many years and it makes the payment process easy and just a few clicks.... I havent gotten to the 500 mile service yet but Dusty was very helpful with the questions I had for him about performance upgrades I am considering. I will update my review once the 500 mile service is completed. There is a very small oil leak which I believe to be the oil filter gasket. Once the first oil change is done I will be able to determine if this solves the leak issue or if warranty service is required. I did buy a couple new helmets the day I picked up my bike. Patti was most helpful in making sure I got the right size and was very attentive when I tried on a number of different riding jackets. When I am ready for a new leather I will be going back there as she provided excellent customer service.

Wonderful staff! Everyone was very helpful. Special thanks to Adrian, Brea and Dusty! I have had my motorcycle license for over a decade and finally decided now was the time to purchase. After months of talking with friends, reading online reviews of various other motorcycle manufacturers I kept being drawn back to Indian and I havent been disappointed. The bike draws a lot of attention and everyone has a multitude of questions for me. I Purchased my bike about 3 weeks ago and love the bike more than expected. I look for every opportunity to ride. Service at this dealership has so far been great. This dealership didnt have the bike I wanted but they quickly located a bike and within a couple days the bike was brought back to the dealership and waiting for me. The dealership was excellent at working with my bank for financing. When I went up to pick up my bike I bought some accessories that they were able to outfit my bike with right away rather than schedule another appointment and drive up from Rochester, MN Im looking forward to my future relationship with Indian Motorcycle of the Twin Cities for years to come!

Very poor sales and sales managment. I stopped in and looked at the bikes and had my eye on a roadmaster. Left and called the salesman 2 days later and told him I was interested and would be in the following Saturday to compete the purchase. He told me that there were promotional incentives with the bike. I went in the following Saturday and was told that the promotion had ended. When I insisted that it was part of the deal we had verbally agreed upon they countered with a half price incentive. Unhappy that they would not honor their word I left. My wife called the owner and he spoke with me and offered a very strong incentive to return and do business with them, however even that came with strings attached. Went to the business next door and 3 hours later rode home on a new Harley. In

Even though I did not purchase my bike through them, I have been treated as if I did. Art, Tony, Dan, Baily, Dusty and the rest of the staff have been personable and friendly each and every time I stop in. I just took part in Bike Week 2017 and was blown away by how much fun it was. Will definitely be back for future years. The two negative reviews I have read here in google have personal disagreements with the owner that have nothing to do with the staff and instead of working them out personally with Art, they decide to attack the dealership as a whole and are working in conjunction with another Indian dealership near the Twin Cities to smear and defame TCI. Keep up the great work TCI and you will continue to grow!

Absolutely love this store!! We went to check out the new Indian Scouts and we were very impressed by the availability of the new models in all of their line up. Dave and Tony were our salesmen. They were cordial, knowledgeable, and not once did they speak negatively towards any competitors such as Harley Davidson. Also, the test ride process seems relatively easy, and Id probably come back soon to test ride one of the Scouts. This particular Indian dealership offers lifetime Powertrain warranty that can be honored at any Indian dealership and service department, which is actually really cool and confidence-inspiring.

Cant say how fantastic this dealer is! Went in and right off the bat was greeted by Brea. She had me set up with a test ride on a scout in no time flat and Nate was able to give an excellent demo. The demo route was an exceptional length (not just around the block) and really showed off the strengths of the bike. By the time we returned to the dealer, my mind was made up and both Brea and Nate went the extra mile to ensure I could ride home on my brand new Scout 60, staying well past closing time to take care of me. Extremely happy all the way around, highly recommend these guys!

I recently purchased a new Indian from the guys at Twin Cities, very good experience. Gave me a good value for my trade which I also bought there back in 2013. I worked with Dave and Adrian in sales, both helpful and nice guys. Worked with Dan for financing, made everything simple and got me a great rate. Worked with Dusty in service to choose accessories and get on the schedule for install. All-in-all, everything was seamless and I will continue to be a customer for a long time.

Cant give less than one star. Was told they could fit me and a buddy in for a test ride, first question they asked was are you serious about the bikes? Would have been if I could have rode one. The salesperson was not knowledgeable in his bikes. I knew more about the product and pricing from 5 minutes on a website. Went across the street to Harley Davidson and got treated much better, we just didnt have time for a ride after the experience here. Never owned a Harley, but I will now.
