March 2015: Had my bike in for a fuel pump recall. The parts arrived timely and they had me in and out in just over two weeks. Yes, two weeks because one of the service technicians scratched my tank really bad and it had to be repainted. Tousley did everything they could to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my bike before I rode away. Stuff happens and its good to know that Tousley stands behind their work. If a mistake is made they will own it and resolve the matter as timely as possible. September 2015 Edit: I am dropping my review from 4 to 2 stars as I continue to have problems with Tousley. They bad mouth the products they sell at the service counter, specifically Victory motorcycles. They severely overfilled the oil in my bike knowing full well that I was going for a week long ride into the mountains out West. They also continue to tell me it is completely normal for Victory bikes to spit oil all over the left side of the bike when ran at highway speeds for hours on end. They said if it is overfilled with oil (which they did) its far worse, but still normal to occur when the oil level is in the safe zone. Ive had oil spewing onto the left side of my bike since May of this year. Other very well known and respected certified experts have stated oil is pooling on a consistent basis on the back of the front head where there is a known potential casting issue on approximately 3-5% of the 106s. Tousley will not perform an extended warranty claim because they believe and have stated on several occasions that there is a design flaw causing the oil to spew from the crankcase, up the hose, into the airbox, then drip down onto the engine exactly where a porous head issue can occur during the casting process. Tousley has looked into the issue three times and I still have oil blowing onto my left side cover, saddle bag, and the passenger backrest (on occasion). The Tousley service team blames this on a Victory design flaw and claims there is absolutely nothing wrong with my bike. I am done with Tousley and see no reason to return. "Dont piss down my back and tell me its raining." October 2015 Edit: Im now dropping my rating from a 2 to a 1. I took my bike to a different Victory dealer. The other dealer has had my bike for less than 1 week and they already have an approved extended warranty claim opened up to repair my porous head. Replacement parts are already on the way. Whatever you do, dont bring your Victory to Tousley Motorsports for service! March 2017 Edit: Like everyone Im looking forward to another excellent riding season here in MN. I am very pleased to report that I put on 16,450 miles last season without a single drop of oil pooling or spitting anywhere on my bike. Bring your Victory elsewhere for all service because Tousley doesnt know how to work on the true legendary American bike. till the wheels fall off

The customer is #1 always. Do you remember when places of business used to operate on that philosophy? Well, at Tousley Motorsports, THEY STILL DO! I purchased a new motorcycle almost 2 months ago, unfortunately there were some issues with the machine that were not able to be resolved. NOT due to lack of trying though. The service department was an enormous help and did absolutely everything in their power to figure out the problem. As frustrating as the situation was, due to the entire staff at Tousley, I was able to maintain a cool head and continue to be patient. I am horrible with names, but, I definitely would like to recognize the fact that EVERYONE went above and beyond to resolve the issue and set things correct with the purchase. In the end, it was determined that getting in to another bike would be the best option. And let me tell you, Jason the owner, was the most stand up guy I have ever had to deal with in any situation. He layed out in detail several different options, and the way in which we would handle each different option . He also reviewed every single option with Johnny O on the sales floor so that there was no questions as far as resolving this ordeal. Johnny O also went far above and beyond by helping hands on to try to fix the issue on my original purchase, and by making the new deal as seamless as possible! Words can not explain how easy Tousley Motorsports made it to handle this and make it right with the customer! From having several different options, to watching my 3 year old son as I shopped and tested all of my options! I would like to specifically thank several people, and apologize if I forget anyone! A huge thank you to: Jason - Owner Derek W - Internet sales Jeremy - Service writer Mike - Service Manager Johnny O - Sales Floor Tim - Accessories Brittany - Accessories / Great with kids! I know there are people I am forgetting, but want to make sure that everyone knows, YOU ALL went above and beyond to make this frustrating situation bearable, and in the end, you created a COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! I left the door today 100% satisfied and confident in the deal we reached! I cant wait to get out on my new 2014 VICTORY CROSS COUNTRY 8 BALL! Thanks again TOUSLEY MOTORSPORTS! You are THE BEST OF THE BEST!

Awful service department. Go elsewhere. In my experience, Tousleys service department employs a group of friendly folks with good intentions, but theyre managed horribly, have an awful record-keeping system, and they cant execute a service order on schedule to save their lives. I will not be using their services again. I dropped my bike off last fall to be stored for the winter and requested at that time that a part on the bike be replaced before I picked it up this spring. The service rep wrote down my request and told me to give them a heads-up a few days before I wanted to pick it up so they could order the part and replace it. I called them five days before I wanted to pick up the bike, and confirmed that they would replace the part before I picked it up. The rep said they would order the part and call me when it was ready. On the day I was scheduled to pick up the bike, having received no phone call, I called to confirm that my bike would be ready later that day. The rep checked, found that my bike was still in storage, and said they would get it ready for me by the end of the day. When I arrived to pick it up (after receiving a call that it was ready), they hadnt even finished de-winterizing and cleaning up the bike, and they asked me if I would like them to order the part that was supposed to have been replaced. In other words, despite a written service order and a phone confirmation that they would indeed replace the part before I picked it up, they did not complete the work. If I hadnt called back on the day that Id scheduled to pick it up, they wouldnt have even moved my bike from their storage facility to the shop where I was supposed to pick it up. I realize that spring is a busy time for these guys, but this service department desperately needs a better system to track their service orders. On the bright side, theyve given me the shove I needed to learn how to replace the part myself. Theres no way Ill ever give Tousley another dime.
