Bought a cutoff disk and got a 20mm arbor instead of a 1" arbor. Was working outside and found the mistake. Drove back to the store with receipt less than 2 hours later. Didnt have my money clip with license in it. They would not exchange it for a different cutoff disk without a license. I guess they think they have a problem with people laundering 20mm arbor disks for 1" arbor disks. Makes zero sense. I have spent $1000 dollars here the last month for a project and more than that over the years. At this point I will be finding everything I havent used for this project and taking it back and buying it from somewhere else. Tina was completely unhelpful. I used a gift card so it was essentially cash. Do I really want Home Depot entering my license number in their system? They have had two large data benches in the last six months. Avoid this store and chain. Shop at a real hardware store.

This store went beyond my expectations. I called to find out if they had flooring in stock and they didnt. The employee then offered to check all the Home Depots in the area and call me back. I had my doubts, but sure enough, in 15 minutes, she called me with the information I needed. Thank you!

Very clean store with helpful employees. We were going to rent a dolly and the man informed us it would be cheaper to buy and it actually was. Did not try to just take our money and give us the rental.

Twice I was in and sale price signs were not pulled after sale ended. No compost in May?? They generally carry low end items. Its the Walmart of DIY stores.

Home Depot now allows dogs in store trying to be dog friendly. I just stepped in dog crap. Keep your dogs at home or clean up after them.
