I have purchased tile flooring, windows, doors, and guess where Im going for ceiling product, thats right Surplus Warehouse. Before I wrote this I read the other reviews because I wanted to find out why people were giving such low ratings. Well after reading them I have come to the conclusion that these people are have very high expectations coming from DIYers. Do your homework, dont expect someone else to build and create your project. If you know what you want it makes everyone elses experience much more pleasurable. Particularly when you know what you want and have to wait 10 minutes on the person in front of you soliciting free carpenter/contracting advice from the staff. Watch a YouTube for crying out loud. Do your homework!!!

Total disaster All to save $80 Went to Home Depot At least their people are somewhat educated and helpful. They never answer the phone here. By the Alexandre stores admisdion, they dont have anyone availible. I believe them. Btw..paid $30 more each for 8 windows at the Depot...worth it!! Btw Im also a business owner.

Customer service sucks, people are rude and lazy, untrained employees, hours of waiting time, very hot, and since the store was about to close, they "bsd" their way through our problems just to get home. 1/10

If I could give a negative star I would, not knowledgeable, very unprofessional, the baseboards that I purchase started to grow mold and the " so called " manager Devonte should be fired!!

On several occasions Ive went there and we couldnt get any help on the floor. The customer service is non existent and the so call cashiers are very rude.
