Tried to use their self service propane exchange awhile back. It froze up after I swiped my card and a manager had to come out and unlock the cage. She also rang me up inside after assuring me that my card was not charged. You can see where this is going, it was charged. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do now because I had no proof that that charge was illegitimate. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company, and they just courtesy credited me after Home Depot fought it. Today I go back and buy a few things through self checkout. I ask the attendant about paying for a propane exchange and she says to use the kiosk outside. I go out and it now requires you pay inside and enter a code. I just left, pay more and drive farther to a local place that know what they are doing.

I bought a Toro lawn more at this location. It stopped running within an hour and would not restart at all. I returned it three hours after I bought it. Management refused to work with me in anyway whatsoever other than offering a credit. I did not want a Toro and politely requested an upgrade for my hours of work and unfinished lawn. I asked to speak to the manager three times and the manager ignored me. She only relayed information through the cashier. No apologies whatsoever from the manager, although two kind regular workers were apologetic. As I typed my facebook review, the manager was having a conflict with another customer about her return. I stopped at this location because of convenience from my work. Never again.

I LOVE this Home Depot. The workers are friendly and always helpful!!! Ive been to other Home Depots in the area and its just not the same. You need to know about different types of lightbulbs, get help with paint, need to order appliances? This is the Home Depot to go to. Everyone is quick to help, and if they cant answer your question theyll find the person who can. They just seem to always be around if you need help with something. We always shop at THIS Home Depot.

The most unhelpful staff of any home improvement store ever. They dont know their merchandise, where its located in the store, much less what it is for. If you ask for help finding something they point towards an area and walk away. Go to Lowes, at least if they dont know theyll find someone who does.

This place is totally awesome, they have everything needed to build a dog sled. If I needed a dog sled or if I knew someone who needed a dog sled I would be pumped cuz we could totally build one with the materials in this store!

This place was out of stock on a few items and the employee in the paint section gave us EXTERIOR paint instead of INTERIOR paint (10 gallons). Other then that everything seemed fine.
