Most professional, helpfull and, honest repair service around. To make a long story short he was at my house within an hour of my call. Identified more then 1 problem. I had to buy a new fridge bc of the amount of work that would have had to continually gone in it. He could have just said its fixed, taken my money and I would have had to have him come out multiple times a year. But he didnt he gave the honest truth. For this reason I highly recommend using him. Its hard to find honest people now a days, let alone really understand what the problem is. He made sure to look at all aspects of the refrigerator/freezer before he left. If he didnt do that I would have spoiled even more food. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY WORK WITH PROFESSALISM LEONARD IS YOUR ANSWER. Thank YOU again. I hope I dont have more issues with an appliance but he is who will be called if so.

My washing machine started acting up this weekend and I quickly realized I wasnt going to be able to fix it myself. When I need to hire someone I look for quality, local, small businesses and Ive found another one here. I found A to Z through a google search. I was able to learn that their service call prices were lower than everyone elses. I called Leonards number from the website on Saturday the 5th of July. He answered and was then at my house within the time he gave me for that day. He fixed the problem quickly, was professional, and had great prices. If you are in St. Charles county and need help with any appliance repair, I highly recommend this company. They might work St. Louis county too, I am not sure, check their website. Thanks again Leonard! My washing machine is working like a charm now.

I dont normally write reviews but I was extremely impressed with A to Z Appliance Repair! I called this afternoon and Leonard has already been out to fix my dryer! As a mom of a 2 year old and a newborn my laundry piles up quickly but they were able to fit me in and take care of the problem in a quick and professional manner! I couldnt be more impressed and highly recommend them for any appliance repair needs you may have! Thanks Leonard!! Almost forgot to add that their pricing is fantastic

My dryer went out on Friday night, Saturday morning at around 9:15 AM called A To Z and Leonard came out around 12:40 PM. He was a blessing in disguise. He fixed the dryer within minutes. Leonard was very nice and professional. The price was more than fair. It was CHEAP in comparison to what I figured it would be. I am SOOOOO satisfied. Less than 24 hour of my dryer going out, it was Fixed. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Really, I cannot say enough about them.
