WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. I do not usually write reviews unless positive, but the service I have received from the staff, other than the amazing service tech, warrents an warning to others planning to invest their money in the sizeable amount I did. The prior review stated the possibility of owner change and I am not sure about that, but what I am sure of is that I know exactly the saleslady she is speaking of and unfortunately she is still there. No, they do not acknowledge you when you walk in and are extremely bothered by having to actually do their job. I have come across two ladies in there that are really helpful, but find that said person always interrupts our conversations and talks over them. I purchased a $7000.00 machine from them and from the get go it has been a hassle to work with them. I was supposed to receive an accessory as part of my deal and they called and told me the accessory was no longer available and they were not in anyway going to compensate me for it. I contacted the C.E.O. of the Brother who was appaled by the fact that this occured. She told me that in fact the accessory was still being made and did not understand why I had not received it. They tried to work with them to no avail. I just gave up. The only time I ever step foot in the store is if I have an issue with my machine and I work with the tech only (who is wonderful). I can order all of the cute fabrics and products that they carry online or I try to get what I can at Hancocks. I think it is very sad that this is our only option for certain machines in the area. Hopefully, new owner or old, will take these reviews into consideration and realize that the feeling customers get from your staff is driving business away.

These are about the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I had never heard anything good about this place, and now I see why. i dont understand why retail people think they can treat customers so mean and get away with it. They totally ignore you when you walk in the store. There are 2 women working there that are just flat out unhappy. That could be the only explanation for the lack of customer service. You guys have a horrible reputation in BR. Just because you have cornered the market on certain machines, doesnt give you the right to make people feel stupid & have them mad by the time they get out of there. They dont notify you when any work is complete and when they do, you dread going in because you will be faced with a couple of unsavory people that do not need to be in retail dealing with the public. That is as nice as I can be to describe my experiences and my friends experiences with your company. I hope this reaches someone that actually cares about this business. It could be a pleasant experience instead of torture if they got rid of those mean women!!!!!!

the store itself is not bad, the selection is adequate and the prices are fair. The staff however, are rude, unfriendly and will not help you. They seem to go out of their way to be rude to you and talk to you like youre stupid. I brought my machine there because it was under warranty and that is the only place that will repair singers under warranty. I was not greeted, I was ignored, and initially told that I couldnt bring my machine there because I didnt have a reciept. I ordered the machine off of amazon and was sent a reciept by email and the lady argued with me and told me that the reciept I printed off my email was not good enough even though it had the date and price on it! ridiculous! Of course someone with common sense took one look at it and I got the machine repaired with no problem. When I went to pick it up there was a different lady who was rude to me again! How do these people get jobs in the customer service industry?

These reviews are ridiculous. Allbrands is a good company with highly qualified people that can help. Go to Walmart and see how much help you receive. I understand that issues may not be resolved on the spot, but when dealing with sewing and embroidery machines most repairs and training issues take time to resolved. Do you expect to have your computer repaired, car repaired, laser printer repaired the same day? Do you expect to walk to Best Buy and have them train you to use your HD camcorder on the spot? I trust that if I sign up for classes and go to allbrands at designated times for issues the service will be much better, than you people just walking in wanting you stuff fixed on the fly. I wish more happy people would post in here. But that is the problem people only post when they are not happy.

Extremely rude people! They make every excuse under the sun not to help you. They must only go out of their way to help you if you look at certain way, Last time i went in there they went out of their way to help a lady who was dressed up, today I go in there to do the same thing to lady did last time i was there (monogram a bag) and all of a sudden they dont do that. Considering I have spent close to 2000 in their store, on a machine, and all the accessories, You think they would be willing to help you, or at least not lie to your face about things when you have seen the truth with your own eyes, I do not recommend this place to anyone who is not willing to get dressed up and find a babysitter for your kids when you go in there.

I will NEVER set foot in All Brands again!!! I shopped there and put up with the crappy service, because they are the only shop around! Never again!!! I purchased fabric for a quilt, went back to get fabric for the backing. It was cut wrong! Lots left on the bolt. Went back next day to get two more yards, due to there error, they could not find the fabric and told me "guess we sold it"!! Very Rude. Now I have a quilt half finished. I will drive to 100 miles before I give them another $$$.

I have read some of the negative reviews but thought I would relate my positive experience. I understand there has been a recent change in the store manager. Dont know if that has made the difference but I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. Our quilt guild met there recently-April 11, 2016 and everyone was pleased with store and service, good prices, etc. I think they will have a lot of new customers. Give them a try, I think you will have a positive experience.

It is so frustrating to walk into the Baton Rouge store and ask about the monthly quilt club project only to be told that they are doing a quilt so "pick the color group of the quilt package BUT no, we dont have a photo or instructions or even the name". Just spend your money & if you dont like the pattern when we show it to you, well charge you a 15% restocking fee & only give you store credit on the return. Its not even on web yet & the class is 8 days away.
