Mr, Reynolds, I am sorry that you feel as if you had an unpleasant experience at our store. However, our records do not indicate that you have ever been a customer of Gorman Brothers. All of our transactions, whether it is a sale or just a quote, are computer generated, therefore we have records of all of our customers. If you would like to come in and discuss this, with your proof of a deposit, we would be more than happy to assist you and try to resolve this issue. Please reach out to the other customers that you have spoken to and have them come in as well. We would love to speak to them and help resolve their issues,too.

If I could rate them lower I would. Worst retailer that I have ever done business with. They are completely unethical nothing but thieves. Mike Gorman attempted con me out of a deposit that I put down. I was blatantly lied to and overcharged for my order. When I tried to explain that I was overcharged Mike Gorman proceeded to curse at me. I have talked to others who have had similar experiences. Not surprising sense the other brother, Gary, was recently sentenced to prison for taking advantage of an elderly woman with dementia and stealing her money. I would avoid these criminals.

I was in the market for a particular size appliance and their staff went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that all my needs were met. The delivery driver was very courteous and professional and took the time to explain all the features and maintenance needed to ensure that my refrigerator would suit my everyday needs. We found Gorman Bros. on Airline Highway in Prairieville. They had an amazing selection of quality lighting and fixtures in stock and lucky for us on sale too. Highly recommend to my friends, check out this place! Worth the drive from Metairie, as we could not find such a wide variety of lighting fixtures and appliances for that matter in town. My Tip is check them out on the weekends, when we happened across the place while ON SALE :) Mac~

Gorman Bros. has GREAT PRICES, LOVE IT! ~ We saw their new electronic message center out front which ROCKS, and just had to stop by the store and check out their new selection of Appliances! Dishwashers, Freezers, Refrigerators and more... highly recommend these folks.
