The only reason it gets one star is because you have to click on a star to write a review... How is this place still in business? I bought a bed from Burns and sons and did not like it the bed had a 120 guarantee. Well I called asked if they could do some checking on getting another bed. They never returned my phone call. I then called and talked to Chris the owners wife are daughter in law. she proceeded to tell me to get a job and stop calling and laughed at me. Her husband Joe called me told me the information i needed to know about the bed. Then said he refuses to apologize for his wifes actions and said shes going threw menopause. Please this place is a joke!!!!

We have always purchased are appliances with these guys they will price match anyone they are slow at getting things fixed due to lack of hiring a new guy have the patients an wait your call someone else people your not the only customer it not anyones fault you cant take care of your crap an when somthing breaks you want it fix right now thats not how it work

I called to have a simple fix on my dryer on 8/22. They sat on parts and I actually had to call them on 9/6 to see what the status was. They had the parts but couldnt install them until 9/12!!! Do yourself a favor...There is an affordable dryer and washer repair service in town that will fix your appliances for 1/2 the cost and do it the very next day.

I called to check if they price match. Went into buy and the lady told me she couldnt price match saying that price is a Sears outlet price. Not it isnt lady I use to work for Sears. Went to Sears in Davenport and bought it for the price listed on their site. Extremely rude lady. Buyers BEWARE!!
